The worst company you could have the misfortune to use. Accounting is a joke, customer service is even worse, do you self a favour and look for a better contractor. Paid them see photo they took me to court for non payment. Then received a court judgment had to pay them more money second photo. Had to go to court myself to prove payment and they are still dodging my phone calls.

This all happened in Covid lock down when I was locked away from home Don't Use This Company they have the worst accounts dpt so slow in sending first invoice then quick to get extra money by taking court action. Today I had a phone appointment time and found the receptionist is simply putting me off stating everyone in charge is in a meeting 3 hrs now

The accounts team are a joke months late with invoice. Then they lost my first full payment, then asked for same money again and again threatened me with court so I paid a second time then took me to court. So I went to office and tried yo sort it out had to pay a 3rd lot of money they still did not sort it out today had to go to court to stop the bailiffs. DOT TAKE THE RISC DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

The groundworks team are a joke and the management like to be told how high and mighty they are complete fails

Mixed experiences generally good but communication isn't always fantastic but hard to know if its then or the developers

The customer service at Devices is poor. I called to ask a question and was going to book a service for my boiler, but the manager was not very helpful. I was told she had no one to ask what I was asking for and even tho I said I was going to book a service through them, she just wanted me off the phone. So I have called another company and bookec with them to complete the work.

I couldn't praise Mr D. Damoulakis any more than 5 stars. He earned it. He was on time, polite and tidy. Serviced my Boiler at my New Build home with no problems at all. Hoping someone of his standard returns again this year when I book my annual boiler service with them for the 2nd time. Kind regards, Martin Dutfield.

After being harshly over taken by one of your vans today heading towards devises, Reg-VW16 FAM, the driver of this van was a complete idiot, driving irrationally, over taking everything and everyone, it turns out that the said vehicle isn't even insured or taxed! Down right disgusting behaviour in a sign written van as well as being illegal on the road!
