John is completely unreliable and unprofessional. He had installed a new shower and didn't check for leaks which resulted in over 250 worth of damage to my laminate flooring in the room next door due to flooding. I contacted him regarding this issue which he came and rectified eventually. As for the damaged laminate flooring in the room next door he hasn't paid for it.
Most tradesmen have a liability insurance to cover incidents similar to mine. Obviously John hasn't judging by it. Also you have to keep chasing him to do the work for you and his only response is you have to be patient with me? He doesn't have any diary to book you in so you will be left hanging around waiting all day for him to call as he seems to have great difficulty in answering the phone whenever I called him on a number of occasions.

AMAZING! John was able to fix my Electric boiler, which had not been working correctly for 6 months! He tested and checked everything to find the fault! I emailed him and got a quick response. When he working on my boiler, he explained what he was doing and why he was testing and re testing each part. He replaced the part needed quickly. John also answered all of my questions.
I have had 3 other companies who work with my make of boiler (Thermaflow) out to fix my boiler, and not one of them looked into every detail to find the problem like John did!

Was referred by my regular plumber in his absence, called John thrice but he never came to fix shower and asked me to have some patience and he will come and fix it on the same day(20th December),I was under impression that he will come and fix shower, but from 20th December he has not contacted me till now. I found him not helpful in timely manner and will never ever recommend him.
