We were so grateful for the efficient and high-quality work that H2 Property Services did for us. This time they were replacing our boiler and all radiators in the property. They provided a detailed, comprehensive quote, answered all emails very promptly and were always helpful and responsive. The engineers always arrived on time and the work was completed to a high standard. A big thank you from us to John and the team!

We had an issue with a blocked shower causing a leak which was responded to and resolved quickly. Our engineer was friendly and gave advice on what to do regarding the parts which was followed up by Faye after the engineer had visited. The service all round was super helpful and the issue was fixed quickly and within estimate without a problem. Making payment was easy and we will definitely be recommending H2 to my landlord for any further issues in the property.

The boiler in my rented property broke down after 20 years just as the temperature had dropped. H2 arrived quickly the same day to diagnose the problem and suggested a boiler replacement as the parts for the old boiler were unobtainable. New Worcester Bosch boiler installed the next day along with a Hive thermostat. Very happy tenant with a new more efficient boiler and heating. Happy landlord for completely painless process. H2 kept me informed of the whole process and kept me in contact. All done very quickly. Thanks Alex (Wimbledon)

Couldn't fix our heating for over a month and have now caused an issue with hot water as well! The reason we are using them is because Hamptons have the management of our flat and they outsource to H2 property services, i.e. we have no option. They have not fixed our heating issue for the last month after 5 visits. The last visit was two days ago, and we now have no hot water as well.

Never again. I really cannot recommend H2 after a recent very negative experience. Following a callout to fix a radiator, their engineer switched off all the radiators without informing us, then left promising to send a report, leaving us with no heating at all, a far worse situation than we started with. When I called them urgently about this on the day, they promised to call back after speaking to the engineer, but they never bothered, and now with no heating, we ended up getting the problem fixed by someone else that evening for 75.
Partly to address the problem they'd caused, by simply opening the valves they'd left closed, and partly by draining the radiator that wasn't working. After hearing nothing but noticing I'd been billed, I called them and they said they'd sent us a report the following day (as if this somehow made up for not calling back on the day) regarding the work needed.
I subsequently retrieved their report from spam and was surprised to see that the estimated cost to repair was over 400, quite a bit higher than the 75 we ended up paying someone else. When we questioned their poor handling of this matter, they were rude and extremely defensive. They have billed us over 130 for the 'work done'.

Absolutely I do not recommend hiring this company as they are non logical on not straightforward. I have only one bathroom in the flat and one shower. I had an issue where there was no hot water coming through the shower. I raise the request through the management company which they hired H2 properties services. The contractor came at the beginning then he contacted the management company and made a quote and the management company approved it assuming the quote will fix the issue.
The contractor came and replace the shower valve and said the job is done claiming it is the engineer job to get everything back into a place. Well for me, I don't really care if it is the Plumber job or it's the engineer. I want to issue fixed simple as that so I can take take a shower properly. I have contacted H2 property and I told them it is not logical to replace the shower valve without putting everything back into place.
They claim that I have a bath and I don't need access to shower in the meantime which is absolutely ludicrous to say at least. They ask me basically to call my management company so they can hire them again and bring engineer back to the site to put everything back into place! It is really frustrating to say at least as access to a shower is absolute necessity and a bath does not replace it
