After three promised start dates nothing happened. Have not returned my call. Two weeks wasted. Thoroughly unimpressed.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Arranged to have our boiler fixed and serviced a month in advance and took 3 days holiday so as to be there. Despite several phone calls Clatworthys were unwilling to give us even a day that the plumber would call but we were assured that he would ring beforehand. Stayed in for 3 1/2 days but no phone call and no plumber. Have no more leave now so we will have no hot water or heating over Christmas with elderly relatives visiting AVOID THIS COMPANY

Arranged for a visit 2 weeks in advance due to time restraints and was impressed when John the engineer arrived promptly today. Not only was he knowledgeable he explained everything clearly as to what the issue with the boiler may be and then went on to successfully fix it. His work was tidy and professional and gave a genuine caring service. I would have no qualms in recommending this company to others!

After a really bad experience with St Ives firm, tried these guys. Very high level of professionalism, printouts of boiler checks while there, did other work needed to cement flue etc. A very thorough job and at a good price, will certainly use again and recommend to others.

Boiler service at a reasonable cost but so much more professional than earlier experiences. Plenty of time on unit, printouts of various pressures and readings, explanations on implications.

After 15 years it was time to replace our old gas boiler, we contacted MV Clatworthy and they came out the next day and prepared a full quotation and ran through the various options. They then came out the following week and installed a more modern & efficient Worcester boiler. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the guys who installed our boiler were friendly, punctual and left our house spotless! Thanks.

We needed our gas fire servicing and This company did a really thourgh job, we had a guy called John who really pays attention to detail and very tidy, only a young chap but great at his job. Really nice company to deal with will defiantly be using them again.
