Great service from helpful staff. We needed a part delivered quickly to an Island in the Outer Hebrides on a Friday before a bank holiday. The part was despatched same day and delivered on the Saturday morning. The staff very helpful on the telephone and we will be returning customers.

I'm very happy with the service given - I have used this company before, but this time the service was even better. First, I was phoned to let me know that the part I'd ordered online was out of stock and could be delay, but it was delivered much sooner than I'd expected. When I found I'd ordered the wrong part I got a replacement within 48 hours.

As a DIY landlord it is always easier to replace "like with like". Buyplumbingonline had the Danfoss motorised valve that I needed at a considerably cheaper price than other suppliers, which was slightly worrying. However, it was delivered free of charge within a couple of days and was exactly what I wanted. I was delighted. Excellent service at a low price. I will certainly use again in future.

I ordered a replacement Drayton MA1 3 way valve, the price was better than anywhere else including Amazon. Delivery was quick and replacement of the old unit was straight forward. I will be happy to order from them again.
