T B Plumbing Services is a small ( one man ) local company & a preferred Vaillant heating installer & service provider. I require a new central heating boiler & unvented cylinder so I contacted T B Plumbing as I prefer Vaillant, they are very local company & I wanted a quotation & advice. T B Plumbing visited my home on Friday 23 September 2016 to assess the job, give me advise & recommendations & provide a quotation.
He seemed very knowledgeable & keen & competent to do the job so I asked him to quote. It is now the 15/10/2016, which is more than 3 weeks since his visit, I have phoned him several times & asked for his quotation but nothing yet. I fail to see what the point is of visiting, talking a good job & not quoting? Pointless & very annoying. Graham Handy
