Active plumbing and heating did an amazing job fitting a shower pump (which was not an easy job) I'm 8 months pregnant and was desperate for a decent shower and they more than delivered! I would totally recommend them to anyone needing a plumber who is value for money, reliable, genuine and friendly.

The team were so approachable and friendly from the start. They did a great job on putting in new boiler and radiators offering advice and solutions as needed. Tidy workers who also worked hard to complete the job on schedule. The boys even went the extra mile to help me move some heavy items that werent to do with the plumbing! Emma in the office is an excellent addition to the service, so responsive and personable. I would recommend these guys to everyone and will certainly use them again in the future.

Active team did very difficult, awkwardly located, leaking microbore CH manifold replacement yesterday. Lengthy battle: 3 drain/vac dry/refill/solder cycles to get new one in 100% dry: holds up pressure since. Extremely patient, skilled & friendly, efforts from John & Tom on this trying job much appreciated. Have used Active many times, always excellent!

Active heating is a great local company. They are quick to come out when you have a problem and are careful to work in a way that minimises damage. Tom has recently mended a leak below my boiler behind my kitchen units and serviced the boiler they put in for me last year. Very pleased with the work done, he was quick to locate and fix the leak everything back working properly again.

Tom came and installed a new boiler and was professional and informative throughout the whole process to make sure that the boiler would meet all of my specific needs. After the installation was complete he sat down with myself and went through all of the new heating controls and functions. Tidy, polite and very well priced. It's so hard to find a reliable heating engineer, but I totally recommend Active Heating. Tom has twice helped us in a fix with our boiler. First correctly assessing the problem and yesterday draining the system, cleaning the pump, fitting a filter system and adding inhibitor to get us up and running again. Our system had broken down in the morning and he was able to rearrange things and come later that morning - amazing, and he actually does phone you back! All is working beautifully and everything was left neat and tidy.

We've lived in our flat for a year and had really bad hot water! Only 5 minutes at a time virtually impossible to shower. We had another plumber in to look at the boiler in October and said nothing was wrong. We then had Brian come and have a look at it! Amazing! Wonderful showers, really friendly guy and will work with you on timings! Will definitely use him again!
