Any Vaillant or Worcester Boiler installed by us are supported with a 5 year manufactures warranty, if you require any more details regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.
One of our Experienced Gas Safe Registered Engineers will visit the property and can calculate the best model and size boiler for the new installation. We will then provide you with an estimate to carry out the new installation. A build-up of corrosion in your system can create sludge and this will affects the efficiency of the boiler.
It is the Landlords or Home owners legal responsibly to ensure that the property is Gas Safe, this means having a valid up to date Gas Safety Record. The annual check has to be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, this is a legal requirement. Our experienced qualified engineers will carry out the Gas Safe check and provide you with the relevant paper work. We will also remind you each year to have your inspection carried and highly recommend that the Boiler is serviced at the same time.

My boiler suddenly went wrong and the same day I was able to get a call out to determine that the boiler was "dead" and would cost too much to repair vs a new boiler - within 4 days I had the new boiler installed ready in time for my new tenants who were moving in that day. The engineers who attended couldn't have been more helpful, "super efficient" and provided my new tenants all of the information that they needed to run the boiler going forward. I wanted to thank you and the team for your quick and efficient service in processing the order and fitting the new boiler within a matter of a few days.

If you have a real issue i suggest you find a real plumber because these guys are not. Came for a kitchen sink clog and even though they were specifically told the chemicals were already used and are not enough and suction should be used, they went ahead and used pure acid to try and unclog. Not surprising this has failed but they have already used up north of half an hour.
Only after a long delay did they attempt suction. Unfortunately this was not where my trouble ended as they used a woefully inadequate machine for suction which on top of everything was leaking, spurting black smelly liquid they were extracting from the sewage all over my kitchen. In the end the engineer concluded it can't be unblocked and as a potential next step suggested removing the entire kitchen and the kitchen floor to take the pipe out!
My disbelief was only met by an even bigger disbelief the day after when the plumber i usually use came over with a proper suction machine and sorted everything out within half an hour. On top of everything they also had a snake like machine handy in case suction failed. One would think my misery would have ended here, but then i got billed with 2 full hours and the bottle of acid on top.
If they had any face they would have only charged 1 mandatory hour instead they insisted on 1.5h and the acid after my complaints at which point i refused to pay for the acid and paid the 1.5h. So if you want to be thought a lesson like i have, then go ahead but otherwise go for a real plumber.

Our sink was clogged for a while due to an unknown cause. After calling 2 plumbers that came and fixed the problem, the clogging was coming back after 24h. We then called Westminster heating and plumbing and they came as soon as they had an available spot and figured out what the problem and solved it in less than an hour. They were very friendly and nice while setting up the appointment as well as during the appointment.
They even came back the next day to fix a problem on the tap that they discovered while unclogging our sink. The blocage completely disappeared and we are now able to use the sink. I recommend them.

They were very helpful from my first enquiry to completing the job. They turned up when they said they would and fitted the replacement mixeĊ taps in 90 mins. Start to finish inside 24 hours. No call out charge. London prices but by no neans the most expensive. (And much better than my no-show experience earlier this week with Dynorod and British Gas) I'm still waiting for the Checkatrade plumbers to call back.
