We offer a complete range of bespoke, turnkey Packaged Plantrooms and Energy Centres for a wide range of applications from District Heating and Data Centre to Commercial, Residential and Industrial applications. Our Packaged Plantrooms, designed and fabricated in-house, are delivered to site with all associated plant and M&E works including BMS controls.
We offer a wide range of skid mounted solutions, from skid mounted heating sub-stations to large scale, full plant rooms, constructed in modular form for ease of delivery and assembly on site. Our bespoke Plant Skid Modules come complete with anti-vibration mounts, all associated mechanical pipework, including insulation and valve jackets, and all associated electrical works, providing a prefabricated, plug-and-play solution.
Our prefabricated MEP Lateral & Riser Modules, designed and fabricated in modular form within our offsite fabrication facilities, offer an ideal solution for mid to high-rise residential, commercial, industrial and data centre builds for mechanical, electrical and public health services distribution.
Our Prefabricated Utility Cupboards (PUCs) offer a complete packaged solution for the residential market. Each unit comes fully fitted, pre-tested and ready to install on-site, complete with Heat or Cooling Interface Unit, MVHR and all associated pipework and electrics, installed to specification. Through in-house BIM Integration our design teams will coordinate with the site wide apartment layouts and associated incoming services to refine and standardise the PUC layout, helping to maximise the benefits and commercial benefits of an offsite, prefabricated solution.
