From start to finish Mark and his team at Absolut were fantastic. Mark was very helpful and responsive over several months of advising us on fixtures and fittings. Our bathroom plumbing was in desperate need of modernising and it wasn't an easy job, however the results are truly amazing. The workmanship and attention to detail shown by Mark and his team is superb, they went above and beyond to find solutions to problems and create a bathroom we can be proud of! We would highly recommend Absolut Plumbing to anyone.

Used Absolut Plumbing 4 or 5 times now and have received a really great service each time. Can't fault any of the work I've had done and will continue to use Absolut in the future. No job seems too small which is great, e.g., last job I required was a leaky shower valve.

I've no hesitation recommending Absolut Plumbing. They totally refitted our main bathroom and made a fantastic job! I'm hoping to get them back to do our en suite and downstairs toilet soon. They were really easy to work with. Mark listened to what I wanted and was able to provide really helpful advice. Our new house needs significant work and it's just not possible to take time off work to oversee. However, I was confident Mark would contact me to discuss any issues or ask me about anything he wasn't sure about (e.g.what colour of grout did I want). Whilst it's not normally an issue for me to take calls at work, he always sent me a text first asking me to call.

I felt totally comfortable having Mark, Craig and Joe in the house while I was at work and they treated me and my house with the upmost respect. As others have said they are also really nice people.

Right at the beginning of the work to remove an old bathroom and make a shower-room, I became ill and had to leave it to Mark to make decisions when he encountered unexpected problems. He and the Absolut crew just got on with the work, with minimum input from me. He made useful suggestions and the team did a superb job: no mess, no radios, no hassle.

And the shower-room was beautifully finished – on time. Mark is very professional and reassuring and it is obvious that he takes a real pride in the standard of any work he undertakes. If you want and expect a good job, Absolut is the gold standard.

I am delighted with the prompt efficient service provided by Absolut Plumbing. I called on Monday to request a plumber to replace my electric shower. A charming young woman answered the land line and promised a plumber would be in touch soon. Within the hour I had received a call and made arrangements for next day installation within a two hour time frame.
