Would highly recommend using this company as each time i have had any issues with my home or my workplace they have always been attentive and resolved my problems Yesterday i contacted them to fix a toilet at my workplace which was unsafe to use, within minutes i had a time and booking for the next day. I have been using First Group for plumbing and electrical services for some years now. They are reliable, swift to respond to an emergency, and good communicators. They always explain the work to be done clearly and offer clear quotations, which it's possible to discuss with them. When I recently had a problem with the service, it was possible to have a sensible conversation with them about what went wrong, and they fixed the problem free of charge. It's that kind of confidence that you are in safe and sensible hands that makes all the difference.

I used First Plumb Liverpool for a leak I had and they were absolutely fantastic! I called the office and spoke with a lovely lady who explained their charges to me and how they work. The plumber Tim then contacted me to book a time when he would come and investigate the leak. He was very professional and followed all social distancing guidelines - which I was quite nervous about at first.

He located where the leak had started and managed to sort it there and then. I am very pleased with service and would definitely recommend First Plumb to my friends and family.

First Plumb replaced my boiler a few years ago, i chose them due to their competitive price. Peter the engineer was polite and tidy and explained how to use the new controls. They have been servicing the boiler every year since. I wouldn't use anyone else and would highly recommend them.

These guys were amazing. We had a bad leak that was going from our first floor bathroom to our basement. Fast response, a plumber was out here within a couple of hours. He was able to pretty easily identify a pretty tough problem (corroded pipe in the wall), and saved us a ton of money by not immediately tearing up our tile floor and instead, went to the source in the wall. We will definitely be calling these guys again!

John from First Plumb came out to give us a quote for a new boiler and then went on to replace the boiler within a few days. They price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job - with no mess left behind! I would recommend this service to anyone and we will definitely use them again.

Satisfied with their service. The plumber who came over was new on the job and did not pretend and assume that he knew the extent of the damage so he called in his supervisor who came in a matter of minutes to assess the work needed. Done in an hour. Phone operator, plumber and supervisor were all courteous. Warranty also given. Will call them again in the future.

Brilliant service, boiler engineer was on time and prior to his arrival I was given a courtesy call to let me know what time he would arrive. The job was done effeciently and neatly by a very polite engineer. I contacted First Plumbing for a boiler service and to check a radiator which had never worked. The engineer came on the day I contacted first plumbing and the job turned out to be a larger job due to the pump being initially installed upside down and a broken valve for the radiator which had never worked. Additionally a wire had burned through meaning that also needed to be replaced and a new pump installed.

This turned into a 3 hour job and the engineer was very thorough and did not leave until the job was finished. Considering he arrived at 5pm I was very grateful for staying so late to get my heating working.
Additionally a week later another radiator was not working and I emailed and got a response 10 minutes later at 7pm and the engineer arrived 5 minutes later to fix the problem which luckily this time was a 5 minute job.

I would recommend First plumbing every time as 3 other engineers had looked at my heating and could not solve why the radiator was not working. They are also very highly recommended price wise and I have forwarded their number onto my neighbours. All the staff are also very friendly and I was very grateful for their hard work.
