I had guessed the cause of the leak, and the plumber confirmed a loose nut at a pipe joint in a difficult to reach area. The work was done within minutes. Mr Jones was efficient, courteous, punctilious and tidy. He did the work to a very high standard, accessed the attic himself and found where to turn off the water as I didn't know. (It was in a very inaccessible place).The pricing was very reasonable. An excellent service!

Very awkward and faulty WC flush replaced with new unit - much better. Original unit below current modern specs. Leaking overflow pipe problem dealt with and follow up arranged. Very thorough and efficient and effective work.
