Arbnor has been working at our site over the last few days, carrying out maintenance works, he was professional and carried out the work to a great standard. Friendly and cohesive through the job. As a wholesale fresh to order bakery, working in high volumes health & safety and food safety is our main priority, and Arbnor carried out the works ensuring that all food safety/ health & safety procedure were followed and was mindful throughout his time on site to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness was kept.
Huge shout out to Arbnor for the hard work and Aldo for his assistance on Monday! We are using VHL for multiple works throughout our site and we would highly recommend them to any other businesses within our industry!

Horrible company, stole my money, lied on court documents and unfortunately did all this while in a pandemic and I had to take care of vulnerable people, unfortunately I could not pursue further. I would have won. They run two review listings to hide the bad reviews. Look at the other one I did not follow up as the inconvenience to the vulnerable people I'm taking care of and my time is more valuable than fighting with thieves in court and wasting even the courts time.
The process of small claims court is such that if you do not wish to proceed you do not pay the court fee. I am well aware of the law. The job has not been done by anyone else and I am still in problems because of your horrible business. You did not match any price. You sent the wrong engineers who then refused to do the job by saying the parts didn't fit even though the original engineers you sent came and did measurements for parts and designed the job.
You did not answer any calls on the day when your rude engineer refused to do anything. You lied to court saying the materials were still on site and I had kept them then said this was a mistake. I also was willing to take a massive loss during mediation but you refused because you wanted to steal the money. Your manager agreed to a refund in writing on email within 10 working days and did not process it then did not reply. I had so much business to give. Lying to try make it look better

From when the gas engineer entered my property with shoe covers, gloves and a mask, I knew this was a very well represented company! The gas engineer was able to diagnose a fault on my boiler within a few minutes and rectify the issue within the hour (not going into another hour to get more money like other companies!), the gent was polite and talked me through the process. Will definitely use again!

Gas engineer was delayed on a previous job but kept me updated to let me know she was running late. Once on the job she was polite, friendly and professional. Booked an annual boiler service and clean, the engineers work was thorough and clean. Would definitely use VHL again. Service:Heating system maintenance

I highly recommend this company! I'm quite impressed with the quality of their service, they are very efficient, with friendly engineers, very professional and prompt, the engineers always turn up on time and they only left when the job was done, no messing about like the other insurance companies. Matt and Kerry who were on the job were excellent. They knew their job to core and clearly were a confident team who did the difficult job well within the anticipated time. Matt visited the job few days earlier and gave me the exact details as to what the job entails. He was very professional and also agreed to install the same week. Kerry who accompanied him on the day of the job was brilliant too.
Over and above her tasks of installing the boiler with Matt, she showed her empathetic approach well beyond her expected role. While having the handover from Matt, she kindly kept my chatterbox primary school age child busy by having a small conversation with her tackling my daughter's questions better than me. Very professional team not only on the floor, but also the back office team that was accessible on phone and email who constantly kept me updated since the quote was offered to me.
Fair and competitive prices which were matched with an offer from another provider. What impressed me was the social aspects of the team to work very much in the community that most of them grew up was commendable. They had the social connect and the confidence to believe in their business model which was evident when I contacted on a phone on Sunday to enquire just for a quote who guided me to the appropriate team.
This indeed was a 24/7 customer service. I would strongly recommend the entire team who exemplified that you can be professional and love doing thier job while providing an invaluable customer service. Well done team.

Engineer who came to do the initial quote for a new boiler installation was overall good. Unfortunately everything since then has been absolutely appalling. Multiple incorrect details on quotes over multiple occasions, provided false/misleading information, some work e.g. power flush was initially included but later descoped or charged extra. Boiler installation dates and assigned engineers changed multiple times.
Didn't show up on confirmed installation date. Old boiler was then discarded on the streets and extra holes left in my walls (only attended to after I chased up repeatedly). Engineers didn't sign off on Benchmark Report and didn't finish commissioning the boiler. Didn't seem to understand how to correctly configure the Vaillant EcoTec boiler with little to no understanding of eBus vs OpenTherm controls and the importance that has to boiler modulation. Also very little understanding on how to balance the system correctly with complete disregard on configuring the boiler to operate at optimal efficiency.

Our boiler packed up over the BH weekend and I called around to find a gas engineer who could come out and fix the problem on the day. Of all the service providers I had contact VHL were able to offer me an on the day inspection and fix without over charging me for the service. They kept me informed throughout the process, clarified all my questions and helped get my boiler working again on the day. I was impressed with their service so much that we also got them to do the boiler service the following day. Thank you Tej and Jabier. Highly recommended.

From the moment of initial contact the process was extremely smooth. I was informed of the name of engineer the day before the appointment, good safety feature. On the day of the appointment the engineer was running slightly late I was immediately informed of this via email. The engineer was thorough and meticulous in his work as well as being polite. Received the paperwork within minutes of the engineer departing. Excellent IT setup! The costs very reasonable. I had asked a local company to do the same work but was quoted more than double the price. I am very impressed with VHL.

Booking the service over the phone was easy. I would recommend your staff should wear headsets as the background noise is v loud and it was hard to understand the person. On the day of the boiler service I was being kept up to date with the engineer's ETA. he was running late but the regular updates helped. The engineer was very professional, friendly and worked diligently and left everything in good order. I can recommend VHL.

Used VHL to install a BWT water softener. The service was professional, they did a good job, the communication was also timely and there are processes in place to ensure that customers are satisfied. The only recommendation is for jobs like installing a water softener they can communicate / prepare all required parts and fittings to speed up the process (the plumber had to go to a hardware store for certain things which weren't available in the installation kit).

Had a boiler put in by VHL in 2014 and I now get it serviced annually by them to keep it in good condition. Service is always easy to book over the phone, professional and quick and unlike some service people there's gives you an AM/PM time window, update it when they are about an hour away and then arrive when they say they will. Engineer broke a clip on the flap which I'm still waiting to be replaced 9 days later and have had to chase up but the boiler works just fine!

I picked VHL more or less at random as I needed someone to help me after guys fitting a new washing machine damaged the plumbing. Very helpful on the phone and I was kept informed of the arrival time of engineer, who was very friendly and helpful, and so far as I can tell efficient. So Well done VHL !

We have used Village Heating for servicing our gas appliances before and have always been pleased by their accurate professional and friendly service. This year we brought the service forward to include the fitting of a new dual fuel cooker. Again we were not disappointed and there was no change in the quality of the service provided and the way it was carried out. However, we did not have any guidance as to how they were reacting to the current Covid requirements and did not see any evidence during the visit. Otherwise, in terms of the work carried out, we would have rated them 5*s

VHL offer a great service. Booking the boiler service was easy, they had good availability and the communication throughout the process was really good. The engineer was friendly, professional and thorough taking pictures of his work for our records as standard in their in processes. Very prompt service - I was kept upto date on the Engineer's progress towards arriving via text and email and the engineer (Carl) telephoned me when he was 20 minutes away to let me know. He arrived in the middle of the time window I'd been given and quickly diagnosed the problem showing me photos of the faulty parts. Unfortunately he couldn't fix it as the heat exchanger was split but within an hour of him leaving I received an email quote to rectify the problem.
