Dave and Elliot are wonderful. They have serviced our boiler for years but have recently been invaluable when we moved house and have had leaks and problems with the heating system. They are friendly, quick to respond, helpful and have worked hard to come up with solutions when we have been panicking! We would thoroughly recommend them.

Dave & Elliott have done the central heating and a number of electrical jobs over the past year. It's a 500 year old house so nothing will ever be straight forward but they communicate well and deliver a good professional job at the right price. Will continue to use for our plumbing and Electrical work.

David and Elliot did a brilliant job - they fitted a new shower screen for me, as well as two new radiators. Their work was excellent, and I now have what looks like a new bathroom. They were both professional, trustworthy, and the price was competitive. I would thoroughly recommend.

Ive had DP Jones regularly undertake a few jobs at my property now. One of which was an emergency out of hours call out to replace the pipework underneath my sink. As well as having them fit a new Smart thermostat and regularly service my boiler. I've always found them to be reasonably priced. With all of their work carried out to the highest of standards

Amazing service by DP Jones plumbers. I have had them attend our house on several occasions and at all times they have been courteous, professional and reasonably priced I cannot recommend them highly enough. They take great care in working to the highest of standards and to the latest guidance, they are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the latest systems and what is best for your own home and for the best cost.

We have used Dave and Elliot several times now and I have been very pleased with the standard of their work. I think it's a credit to them after two and a half years our refurbished bathroom still looks good. Over the years we have had several shoddy plumbers whose plumbing and finishing skills have been questionable. I have found their advice has always been sound too.

D P Jones, father and son, put in my new boiler system, virtually replumbed the entire house, carried out a power flush and upgrade to the radiators, and sorted my downstairs shower, all whilst I was away on holiday. They are totally trustworthy and worked to a very high standard. My wife was amazed to see how clean they left it and the work they did was superb. Best decision I ever made, I recommend them to anyone.

If I could leave a no star review I would. We needed a Boiler somewhat quickly and basically we were taken advantage of .... $3850 for a replacement boiler? yes you read it right £3850... That's with discount so god knows what it would have been. Gave me one price and then turned up on the day of fitment only to add and extra £450 to the price needless to say I asked them to leave ASAP. previous work by them was OK and I thought they were genuine honest professionals.. but oh no they saw the opportunity to make a quick buck and went for the jugular with the "it's your lucky day we've just been let down on a job so can fit you in quickly" line.

I didn't come down with the last shower so I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone. Use a Which trusted trader as we eventually did, they were perfect-professional-Courteous and charged us just over £2000. I work hard for my money and like to feel it's been spent well which it wouldn't have been if I'd handed over to this company.

Fantastic service from Elliot, very professional, tidy, experienced and informative. Very helpful and efficent, on time and great customer service. Can not recommend them too highly.

Dave and Elliot did an excellent job of moving and replacing four ground floor radiators that were originally piped in to a concrete floor. They did the job at very short notice, and worked long hours through a Friday and a Saturday to get the work done in a timely fashion. They gave careful consideration to the various options for re-routing the pipework so as to minimise the lengths of exposed pipework that would require boxing in, and made an excellent job of the fitting and plumbing.

Once the job was done the system was fully recommissioned and tested, and we now have a warm and toasty house with a set of stylish radiators for us to admire. We will certainly use them again, and are happy to recommend them to others.

This is an excellent family run business. They offer a personal service and were very good at communicating with me. My shower repair was excellent and I would highly recommend them.
