Steve replaced our old boiler with a combi and did various other plumbing bits for us the same week, and I can honestly say he is a fantastic plumber, he's honest, punctual and he explains everything up front so there is no nasty surprises, all the work he has completed is top notch and we will definitely be using him again ??

Steve installed a new LPG stove for us and did a great job. He was immensely patient whilst we tried to sort out extensions to the balance flue, primarily necessitated by the 720mm thickness of the wall and the requirements of the manufacturer which had not been clear at the time I purchased the stove. He was courteous and tidy in his work. I would have no difficulty in recommending him to other potential clients.

We didn’t have the correct shower unit and the plumber went and bought the correct one without delay. He also explained why our old one hadn’t worked properly and how to get the most out of our new one. He was quick, efficient, reliable, arriving on time and good value for money. It wasn’t a big job but he bothered to do it professionally. We were very happy with every aspect of the work and would highly recommend him and use him again.

Very speedy and good service, visited very soon after telephone call to assess our problem. Steve came to sort out connecting a new dishwasher to the plumbing we inherited in a newly bought house. He quickly identified that the plumbing was faulty - the waste wasn't correct and what I thought was the cold connection had been incorrectly labelled and was in fact the hot. He replaced the waste connection and sorted out the connection. Steve was prompt, efficient and good value.
Would happily recommend him and will certainly use him again.September 2021: This is the second time I have used Steve. This time he replaced a faulty shower pump. At first I want to reuse a spare pump I had left over from earlier plumbing work. That proved to be a mistake as it turned out to be faulty. Steve subsequently returned with a new pump that he installed. His labour charge for the two visits and, in effect, installing two pumps, was very reasonable. Steve is very responsive, does neat work and his charges are very reasonable.

Steve was brilliant. I found him on google after contacting many 'recommended' engineers through friends who either didn't respond or who weren't available for weeks. He was knowledgable, friendly and talked through everything he was doing when he was fixing the issue. When he had to go back a second time he didn't charge, when he had to go back a third time, he kept me informed of any parts he had to buy and was transparent on costs. Customer service was excellent and so far so good on the repairs. Highly recommend!!

Steve came out to fix our boiler which was leaking. Steve tried fixing it without changing the valve first, but I fortunately it was the valve that was the problem, which he was able to change straight away and at a reasonable price. Steve was very polite and friendly, explained what he was doing throughout and what signs to look out for in the future incase there further problems. Steve was on time and it was all fixed in 30 minuets. Seve seems a very knowledgeable man and I will be calling him again in the future for any other issues that may arise.
