We consider that we provide a truly excellent service to our customers. * We do not charge a call out fee. If we are unable to make a repair or solve the problem we do not charge. *We offer a timed appointment and pride ourselves on being on time. * We carry a large stock of spare parts, but if we do not have th required part we can normally obtain it for the following day. * We are very skilled in fault finding, offer a clear explanation of what exactly the fault is and will give you an accurate quotation for the cost of the repair. We do NOT belong to the "It must be the PCB" brigade."! * Note that charges outside normal working hours (8:30am - 5:pm, Mon - Fri) are 30% higher than those quoted above.

I have to say Mark surpassed himself this weekend. On Sunday after storm Dennis we had a power cut. When the power returned the boiler would not relight. I texted Mark to see if he could help. He phoned but was unable to help over the phone. 15 minutes later he turned up at the house and got the boiler going again and soon we had hot water and heat. Again many thanks Mark, top class service as always.

Terrible experience with Mark. Fitted a hot water tank which later that day was found to be leaking and Mark refused to come back without being paid further funds even though I had paid the original quote in full. Sadly Intelligent Heat & Power didn't live up to its name.

Mark has serviced our old boiler for 10 years and has done a marvellous job of keeping it going. We finally had it replaced by Mark recently, along with some new radiators. He gave us great advice about what to have and it was all fitted on time with no mess. Whenever I have had an emergency Mark has come out the same day and I would highly recommend him.
