Booked Ray to service my oil boiler. Was spot on time. Basically stripped the boiler apart, cleaned bits I've never seen cleaned before, went through a vigorous checklist on the boiler and the tank, giving me advice for the future and put it all back together again. Ray checked the manufacturers spec for the new nossel (something no other engineer has done before and even went out to the wholesaler get the right one at no extra cost).

My 5 year old boiler is now running at 98% efficiency, something it hasn't done since initial installation. A first class service by a very thorough and diligent tradesman. Already discussing other jobs with Ray.

Raymond came out to my work place yesterday to fix our toilet back to the floor. He arrived promptly to quote for it and again once I called back to accept the quote. He explained what he would do but also it may be not as simple as he hoped but it turned out ok and his charges were very reasonable. Several other companies around Newmarket were contacted but either didn't show up when they said they would or were rude and aswell as not ringing back with a quote.
