Initially we were booked in to have our cooker fitted on Friday the 22nd of July. Due to a job over running Laura phoned us to say that they would have to cancel. But she said leave it with me and i'll get back to you ASAP. Long story short, she did get back to me, and Ryan came round the day after and slotted in around a time that completely suited us. He apologised profusely, was professional, quick, tidy and overall a nice chap.. Great job guys. We are very happy. Highly recommended.

Well what a fantastically friendly, helpful and professional company. After calling when my old boiler broke down during the first cold snap, Ryan got to us within half an hour even though it was after 6pm, diagnosed the problem (unrepairable as I suspected) then sorted out a new boiler in a week. Lovely team who fitted my new boiler, and Laura at the office was so helpful. I really can't thank them enough for their swift service in what is a very busy time of year.
