We have worked with GoEnviro on and off over the last year to fix a variety of complicated problems that we had inherited when we bought our house last year. The work included fixing drains, pipework, holes into our foundations, clearing our attic and general prevention against rodents. The staff graft the whole time they are here, clean up after themselves every time and give accurate predictions of how long jobs will take. We accessed GoEnviro through Vale Pest Control, who we decided to go with as they had the best reviews in Cardiff and were reasonably priced.

They came out to a blockage in difficult circumstances, which gave them an unusually tedious and demanding couple of hours, but were incredibly kind and patient. They fitted my job in amongst a lot of bigger jobs and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Would highly recommend.

After a reassuring phone conversation with a 'Goenviro reliable engineer' and an agreement that I would pay to have a simple survey done Go Enviro failed to turn up at all on the agreed date. No phone call. No apology the following day. Nothing. If you book them I hope you have better luck than I did.

We booked go-enviro yesterday and were given 'lunch-time' as a estimate time. i rescheduled work commitments to ensure i was in and was then contacted by the admin staff to update me, only to say that they couldn't guarantee a time of arrival and couldn't even guarantee that they were get there at all. I have never experienced such poor quality of service from a company and found the admin staff to give me the runaround. Not trustworthy, I would not recommend.
