Lead Replacement: A big thank you for an excellent job in replacing my lead piping. Cannot believe the difference. It took the flow rate from 10.5 litres per minute to over 22 litres per minute just fabulous, as my brother says ".enough to strip the skin off my back in the shower!" Great job, thoughtful and accomplished and the brick driveway reinstalled as good as new. Thank you so much.

I've just had my lead water mains replaced by REACTIVE PLUMBING & DRAINAGE, What a great firm to deal with, from the initial quote to completing the work was 100% professional. You wouldn't even know they had been.
Ian & Tom were a pleasure to have at my home, Emma went above and beyond with great communication, even taking time to speak with my son in law as I am 71 years of age and not great with emails and internet banking. Excellent work from a fabulous team

Great job by the guys at RPD NW. Thomas and Martin worked really hard in the heat to make sure the job was done and were able to work around some existing plants in the garden. They tidied up so well you could hardly tell they had been there. It has made a huge difference to our water pressure throughout the house. Thoroughly recommend them. Thanks again. On site, Ian and his team were friendly, efficient and exceptionally tidy and even offered a cost saving opportunity when it became clear that some aspects of work could be omitted. For three weeks having blocked drains and several companies out to try and fix the blockage, we ended up not being able to use any water, after finding the interceptor had collapsed (7ft down under our shed). We got several quotes of a few companies and RPD was actually the cheapest (I was a little weary, as some asked for 3 times as much) Ian was lovely, gave me advice so I decided to wait until Ian could come and do our drains.
I couldn't of asked for a better company, Ian and his co worker were spot on time, they were really friendly and got the job done. They even cleaned up as such as they could and backfilled the huge 7ft hole for us, ready for my husband to concrete it tomorrow. 100% would recommend Reactive Plumbing and Drainage, thanks again Ian x

From my panicked first call to the job getting completed, I can honestly say that Ian and Emma have gone way above and beyond in order to get the drains in my garden cleared and fixed. I had companies come out who said it was done, and partly was but then house insurance sent someone and that's where Ian and Emma stepped up. They dealt personally with the insurance company's drainage guys for me as I work long shifts for NHS and was so stressed with it all as the terminology meant nothing to me.
They managed to sort everything out, the insurance paid out thanks to Ian and Emma and they left my garden looking like nothing had even happened. The photos they sent told a different story. They took the stress out of everything for me from start to finish and I recommend them to the highest level. Such a nice, friendly and helpful couple. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Can highly recommend. From Ian coming out to view the job, then being able to start work the next day. minimal disturbance, prompt start, the guys were professional courteous and informative. we had to have the lead pipe from the water meter to the kitchen replaced, as we'd had the water sampled, and it had a higher than normal lead content in it. we live with my 97 year old mum, so timing was of the essence. So lucky to have been fitted in. Thanks, everyone, much appreciated!

Great experience speaking with Ian to sort out new water main in Crosby. Offered honest advice, his team where clean and efficient and did what they said they were going to do. New main put in with mole efficiently. All paperwork for water board provided. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend A+++

Thank you so much Ian for calling out and helping me with my leak in my shop absolute life saver. I had a old copper pipe no other Plummer I called out would touch this with being copper and it was leaking really bad! I phoned Ian late afternoon he was there to help stop the leak by 5:30! He has temporarily fixed my leak with no water at all coming out the pipe until he can call to replace the pipes couldn't recommend him enough 5****
