M&N Heating and Plumbing

We've had M&N Heating & Plumbing out to service our boiler over the last couple of years and we've always found them very helpful and professional. One morning, we found ourselves with no hot water or heating so after a quick phone call they helped us diagnose and resolve the issue which was a really straight forward fix we could do ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have had problems with the boiler and system in our "New Home" it is 10 years old. M&N Heating have proved to be quick to respond and very professional in their advice and work. I find a couple of the latest reviews "puzzling" poor driving and tiling--they are heating engineers? I think these reviews are of questionable intent--- and do not in any way represent the friendly professional work that we have experienced.

I used M&N heating to service our boiler and hot water tank. Something happened during the service that resulted in the heating being stuck on. They refused to consider the possibility they may have damaged the system and they charged me 130 to fix the fault. They wouldn't even come out and look at the issue for free they just sent me a quote for the work. Given that our heating was stuck on full, they even took 48 hours to come and look at it and said they couldn't come the next day.

I live in a new build property where m&n were responsible for the plumbing installation. Shody workmanship and terrible customer service. Avoid if possible.

Whoever drives your vans, needs to retake their driving test! Bloody shocking following you along the southam road to Banbury this morning. Driving at 40, holding up key frontline workers on their way to support very poorly covid patients. Randomly slamming on the breaks in foggy patches. It was almost like you wanted to cause an accident! Not to mention all the swerving about on the wrong side of road. Next time I see your van behave like that I'll be taking registration number and reporting you to the police. Thanks for wrecking about 15 cars commute to work. Tossers!

I had one of their staff come to do some tiling work they charged for 3 days work but he kept disappearing on the first day he only worked 3.5 hours but charged for a full day. He said I could access the water to make some coffee but when I ran the water it flooded the floor it took me an hour to clear it up. He was never here he always had an excuse to leave or was always on the phone to his girlfriend. They do not care about standards of work but just the cash. A Bunch of Cowboys

Had them do some work totalling 870 when I was invoiced I was charged 1045, when I pointed out the error I was told the final price is including VAT. Something they failed to tell me about beforehand. So I have basically been over charged. No wonder plumbers have such a bad reputation.

Great friendly service. Came quickly for a boiler breakdown, fixed without problems. Price seems very reasonable too. I'd recommend.

Fantastic and speedy service. Friday before Bank Holiday and we sprung a leak which meant we had to turn off water to the whole house. Came same afternoon and fixed within the hour. Friendly service both on phone and the men that came to fix it. Will definitely be using again, now I know why I always see your vans around!

Polite and friendly local team. Great value. Fast response even over the Xmas break. As an engineer I questioned what needed repair and why, the technician was very knowedgable and explained the function and fault very well. They have earned my future custom. Many thanks.

These guys are real pros. Having been let down by two other more local firms who simply never turned up to do the work - we suspect they couldn't do it - M&N sent an excellent engineer with an apprentice (always a good sign) who got the job done successfully and in record time, working early in the morning so not to disrupt our retail business. Having booked them for a plumbing job after kitchen refit, I was left with a disconnected hob which the fitters removed but could not refit as they had not informed me that a registered gas fitter was required. So on the morning of the plumbing job I called again and asked could they send someone who connect my hob as well. They resolved both of my issues by sending engineer earlier than original appointment and this person was great who got the kitchen fully functional again quickly without drama, fuss or inflated bill. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone requiring plumbing or gas services.

Thank you for your help with getting my boiler installed in such challenging timescales. The guys have done a sterling job, both Ben and Stuart were very pleasant to have working in my house.
