Multiple little things wrong with plumbing in my house. Velocity plumbing responded instantly to my request on check a trade, was able to book me in for the time frame that I wanted, had really good communication which I really appreciate, and was able to sort out the plumbing issues that I had. I found another issue in second bathroom after I had booked and he was happy to sort that as well on the day, which I was surprised at and feel that he went above and beyond.

He was very approachable and friendly, and gave good advice about projects I would like done in the future. All work was done in good time and everything left clean and tidy. Can't fault the service and would definitely recommend.

What fantastic service. We had a leak from our toilet, coming through the ceiling! Giles from Velocity Plumbing was the only one of several companies I rang who picked up and although he was very booked up, offered to come out. He has sorted out the leak and also replaced a broken toilet seat. Many thanks Giles. I would highly recommend him.

Giles installed additional radiators to our central heating plus changed a couple of old ones. Good value quote, prompt and polite service and work completed quickly and to a high standard. Would use Velocity again

Have used Giles on a few occasions now. He is a first class plumber and hes very reasonably priced. I wouldn't use any other plumber

Velocity designed and fitted a brand new kitchen and bathroom in our house and it is absolutely perfect. They did such a good job. Highly recommended.
