My elderly parents were recommended this Service through their regular plumber who was unable to visit their property to rectify their heating issue due to the current fuel issue. They (parents) have stocked a part that needed replacing previously, at no point were they advised of costs or given office details to prepare them for the bill they were about to receive.
Communication was terrible. The star is issued on the fact that they advised the engineer what needed replacing and supplied it to him. The heating was fixed admittedly but on the whole shocking customer service and if I could give zero stars I would, the vulnerable should be treated with precise and clear information!

Hayes Heating & Plumbing Solutions was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable, professional & reasonably priced! We hired a plumber last year to install toilets and due to a leak, we called Hayes Heating & Plumbing Solutions after reviewing other people's comments. Hayes Heating & Plumbing Solutions didn't disappoint & within a few hours all three toilets were repaired & installed.

Very reasonably priced, well mannered with a can-do attitude. Have been using Logical Heating for the past 12 years, and have not had no issues. My boiler broke down on a Friday evening, Shaun managed to get an engineer to me on Saturday morning, which i thought was fantastic. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

I had a new Worcester Bosch 24i Junior Combi boiler installed recently and I could not fault the service. I contacted them and requested a quote which after discussing my requirements was sent to me on same day in step by step detail. I required a new boiler urgently due to many existing issues with my previous boiler (which was old) and they managed to fit me in quickly.The engineer arrived on time, was clean & tidy throughout and was polite and professional.
The boiler also comes with a 5 year parts and labour warranty. I will be using this company to carry out my annual gas safety & boiler services in the future and I have already recommended some of my friends to use them.
