Insignia Showers

Checked the delivery for damage as instructed within 48 hours, on installation turned out Insignia had sent me the wrong doors - costing me a further 300 for a 2nd installation visit from my installers. Vicki in 'customer care' apparently believes that's my fault for not checking the part numbers. Buyer beware!

Fantastic product and service from Insignia showers. Really happy with the shower ( so easy to install )and so happy with the service, help and advice given from Naeema when choosing the right shower. THESE GUYS ARE ON IT! Thanks Insignia showers!

DO NOT PURCHASE! I would highly recommend staying away from these products. They are very cheaply made and break very easily. We had the shower put in and within a year the basin had cracks in it with water going through which caused damage to the flooring. We were then sent a replacement basin which has now also got multiple cracks in it. That's 2 Basins needing replacing within a 3 year period.

When I raised this with the management team they just sent me a link to buy a new Basin and said there was nothing they could do. Despite numerous attempts in trying to make them understand that the product was clearly faulty for it to break so quick, I was told there is nothing they can do. VERY disappointed by the lack of quality and customer care. STAY AWAY!

Very displeased with product and service (a 2,500GBP cabin). Cabin arrived damaged and dangerous (wiring exposed). Clearly not new. Doesn't warm up properly. Insigna Showers refused to refund and gave us a deaf ear. We are running a complaint through our bank. We don't recommend this provider!

Don't waste your time here. Worst customer service I have ever come across. The manager cannot even be bothered to take a call. Firstly I had issues with the product from the start, the panel was faulty, minimal help from customer services throughout. I was getting no cold water, finally after Covid a plumber has come to look at this and told me the cartridge is faulty, Insignia refuse to help because they can't find me on their system and expect me to pay for the faulty parts they delivered. Worst customer service I have ever come across, you will be on your own if anything goes wrong, so be careful! And yes agree about the peeling of chrome! What is that about! I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased.

Please dont fall for the Glossy adverts and Tv ads! they are complete rubbish, every bit of chrome will peel off as its either chrome on plastic or bad quality chrome plated Zinc! Door rollers arnt even marine grade stainless steel and rust shut! waste kit is a joke and just cannot be used!(i tried and it leaked into kitchen so had to have ceiling repaired!) Mirrors are just cheap loose mirror foil on glass so if you scratch the rear of a panel you will see right through it! its all smoke and mirrors please dont waste your money like myself and so many have done! and why Victoria Plum or Plumbing are endorsing them i just dont know, it will loose them customer confidence over time!

Shower let's warter out when it wants, mirror shattered for nothing no one had used it that day. Very bad customer service. Save a head ache. Don't buy

From ordering our bath and shower back in October 2020 the service, correspondence has been great. Nothing has been too much trouble. Yes the instructions could have been easier for both appliances. Yes we’ve still got teething problems but nothing that cannot be rectified in time. Our latest problem the thermostatic valve was sorted via email very efficient with Vicky within half a day.

A replacement will be with us tomorrow. What more could we ask for. I love my shower and the bath and so very pleased that we decided to buy both as in the beginning we were just having the bath.

DO NOT USE Bought a shower that was faulty, the pre drilled holes didn't align so we had to drill our own holes. The waste was substandard and made of paper thin plastic. The so called stainless steel parts have rusted and are made of cheap metal that lasts no tome at all. When seeking advice from insignias technical support guy who was helpful said we should get a partial refund which insignia refused.

We commenced legal action and then bank gave our money back. Insignia lied to the bank about our communications and now we are 800 in debt with the bank. They can afford a television advert but they can't afford to compensate for shoddy workmanship. Avoid and do not buy from them. Their quality of service is as rubbish as their products! BTW the reviews on Google are all made up Don't believe the fake reviews

Rating Insignia Showers - absolute rubbish! Rusting, plastic seat split, clips on shelf disintegrating. Shower is not yet 3 years old, customer service is diabolical, save your money and don't buy

I tend to agree with the previous reviewer, the shower/steam cubicle which we purchased has been falling apart since it was installed and the customer service contact is via e-mail, I recently put in a warranty claim and received a replacement part that was missing the screw thread spoke to Tristan in Technical who was helpful and was promised a call back from his manager John to resolve.

This is the second time I have been promised a call back by John and I'm still waiting. I could go on but poor quality product expensive to repair and maintain, as its not designed to last past the warranty period.

After breaking a glass panel on installation and on a tight deadline. I was offered replacement parts at a reasonable price and delivered on site within 24 hours. Excellent customer service which pacified installer and customer.

Exceptional service! Went in with an idea of what I wanted and came out with something completely different. I spoke with Rob in the showroom and his knowledge of the showers was to say the least of a very high standard. It's clearly evident he's been there long enough to be part of the furniture. I ordered the INS9001 (just in case you where wondering) and absolutely love it.

The steam is fast and packs a punch, as does Bruno Mars who came bellowing out at 20db's (control panel connected to the wife's iphone). All in all I give Insignia A* on both customer service and the shower.

I bought an insignia GT5000 a year ago directly from Insignia in Milton Keynes and love it, furthmore I got brilliant technical support from Lee - he's an absolute star!
