I cannot recommend this fabulous company enough. After months of having different heating engineers who charge 40+ a pop just to have a look and getting nowhere, the lovely Akeel turned up. He was there about ten minutes. Didn't replace anything just did what he had to and for the first time in months we got up this morning to find the pressure ok on the boiler.
This is after months of different plumbers coming out saying we need a new boiler or they take a picture and say they'll be back with a part but never turn up again. Akeel didn't even charge us. He said if this doesn't work he'll come back and replace the part. So laid back! Honestly if you need a plumber/heating engineer then don't hesitate to ring these guys.

Jamie, Tim and Akeel make an excellent team. When we needed a replacement boiler, we intended getting 3 quotes. However when Jamie came to look at the work required, we were so impressed by his honest, open, enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach, we decided to accept his very competitive quote immediately. His team were very clean, efficient and polite and fitted the boiler within the day.
They worked very hard and explained exactly how the replacement boiler worked. Jamie oversaw the work and checked we were completed happy with it. The boiler that was fitted included an Ideal system filter and a 10 year warranty ( subject to a yearly service which Jamie quoted at a very reasonable price) We would definitely recommend Jamie and his team, and will be using them each year for our boiler service. Very happy with the level of service. Jamie was professional on the phone and organised our boiler installation within 48 hours of phoning with his colleague Akeel. Akeel was punctual, polite, professional, hard working and clean. The job looked far better done than it did with the old boiler, and he gave me a run down of how it works and what he's installed before he left, as well as explaining the service requirements without pushing us to have himself service it. After the job he did, we will absolutely be having them service the boiler in the future.

I called Jamie after being let down by another company regarding a leak in our boiler. Jamie came out to inspect the problem and told me what exactly the issue was. He concluded we would need a new boiler fitted and assured me he would fit the best quality boiler available. Jamie and his team got the job done quickly and professionally. The team were very clean always tidying up after themselves and Jamie even hoovered up any mess made!
I highly recommend to get in contact with Jamie if you're experiencing anyheating or boiler problems as he is very knowledgeable and completes the job to the highest standard. Not only was Jamie and his team professional, they provided excellent ideas, were on time, within budget, and extremely hard working. Jamie and his team wont let you down, they are responsive to your texts and calls, any issues that may arise will be tackled and solved quite quickly and efficently. I dont normally leave a review, but when you get a good team in that does a great job for a fair price, well, they deserve recommending. Going forward i have no doubt i will be using Jamie, Akeel and Tim for other jobs planned in my house, and will be passing on the good feedback to family and friends as they really do deserve it. Jamie, Tim and Dave have just installed a new combi boiler system for me. I had an old back boiler which needed replacing, and they worked tirelessly for three days, as it was a big job. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were so friendly, polite, punctual and very efficient. I now have a brand new heating system, which I'm really pleased with. I would definitely recommend Jamie and his team!

Thanks a lot Jamie, You are your colleague were a breath of fresh air in helping me with my problem boiler. You turned up on time and assessed the situation and clearly explained what was wrong with my boiler. You also explained the all the alternatives in putting the situation right. We decided that the best answer was to replace the problem boiler and the price you gave was virtually half of other quotations I had received. Having agreed the price you then said you could do the replacement the next day and the new boiler would have a 10 year guarantee.
And true to your word you and you colleague turned up as promised and did exactly that. The quality and neatness of your work was was excellent and everything is working beautifully. You also removed the old boiler and bits and pieces and left the site a lot cleaner and tidier then when you arrived. All in all a great job, and I would recommend you wholeheartedly.

Great from start to finish, had a few issues with my very old boiler, so initially phoned Jamie to discuss, he didnt try and sell me a new boiler, he suggested using my boiler until it failed as it was so old, rather than a repair, after a few days it did fail, so I called Jamie to organise a replacement boiler, he came on the day that suited me as well.
The work was superb, he was very polite, answered any questions that I had, nothing was too much trouble, when leaving Jamie left behind an empty box he had forgot to load in the van, he drove all the way back from Huddersfield to Oldham to pick it up. I cannot recommend Jamie and his colleague enough. My neighbour was that impressed he is having a new boiler fitted as well. Thanks again.

Jamie did an amazing job on fixing my new boiler. He explained everything in detail, although it didn't make much sense to me he felt that it was his job in telling me about the installation. After he and his colleagues had completed it they found a problem with the pipes, a problem that they had never come across before and he wasn't happy that the job wasn't perfect.
After spending a while and working longer than expected to find the problem, we agreed that he would come back and fix it on another day. He came back as promised and fixed the problem. I would recommend the company to everybody. I am finally happy and settled with my new boiler. Thank you Jamie
