Carried out a repair & service; within less than 24 hours boiler stopped working. Came back out & said there was another fault wanted 220 to rectify. Manufacturers attended site were surprised as to why they hadn't identified initial issue & commented on things not done on service. In response to Dorset Plumbing reply; At no time did we say we'd already spent enough on the boiler as we had only recently taken ownership of the house & by association the heating system.

Yes you returned without charging us; the original call out was because we had no hot water, the second call out was because we still didn't have any hot water & involving the manufacturer was because we still didn't have hot water. The manufacturers engineer purely answered questions as to why the boiler failed to supply hot water after it had been serviced & was in no way unprofessional. The system works perfectly now with unlimited hot water.

Critical:Professionalism, Responsiveness Provided a quote for plumbing works, booked it in only for the engineer to turn up and walk off site within 15 mins. You then receive a second quote later in the day for twice the price. They refused to break down how the labour cost increased 3 fold. They cant quote a job so avoid if you can. Unfortunate experience with this company and would not advise people to use.there is a lot better available. Shut off boiler after gas safety inspection without calling landlord to discuss repair. Finally sent a quote to replace the entire boiler for a flu issue which has been fixed in the past with an original part (flu clamp) as advised by a qualified boiler technician.(update: A valid and passed gas safety certificate was obtained after previous flu work).

Boiler was installed last week. The entire process was so simple. I called them on the Monday and an engineer came out the same day to provide me with a quote, I accepted the quote online and was instantly given a date for the end of the week. I chose to pay on the interest free finance which was also so straight forward. Thanks team for me new boiler

Contacted Dorset Plumbing when our boiler broke down, Ben arrived with a couple of hours he found the fault, replaced the part and kept us informed throughout. Dorset plumbing were booked in to take out a very old back boiler system and replace with a combi boiler system. Couldn’t be happier. They had it all done and dusted within 3 and a half days. Really really bad company don't get them in in did my service on my boiler and ended up having to call a third person out as the CEO was well below what it should be asked him to fix other stuff and they couldn't be bothered on his phone all the time didn't bother turning up said that they would keep charging me for stuff each time it they thought it was something else on their van they charge a different price to what they charge you for their boiler service avoid this company at all costs

One of my radiators wasn't heating and Dorset Plumbing quickly fixed the problem that was caused by a stuck thermostatic valve. The system is now running fine and I have saved the cost of an expensive Powerflush recommended by another company. Very pleased I went to Dorset Plumbing.

Just had my Worcester Bosch boiler serviced by Dorset Plumbing. Great Value at £39.99, the engineer was on time, very polite and found an issue with the boiler everyone else failed to diagnose. I would advise giving them call if you are looking for a good service without the ridiculous prices everyone else seems to charge.

New boiler just fitted after mine broke on Thursday so only 2 days without heating. The engineer was very good and polite.

Good clean efficient job, 2 years later trying to get hold of compliance certificate they were extremely helpful and got it sorted really quickly!

After looking on line i chose 3 local companies to come out and give me a quotation for a replacement boiler. Not only was Dorset Plumbing the cheapest there quote was also in my opinion the most transparent. We give them the go ahead by phone and was booked in for the following week no upfront payment like the other 2 companies where demanding. The boiler we chose was a Vaillant 32 with 10 years warranty and it is now all fitted and working well. The engineer was very tidy and friendly so we will certainly be recommending them.

My boiler packed up at 5am, sent Dorset Plumbing an email and they phoned me at 8am. A plumber came before 9am and did an emergency fix to get my Hot water upand running. They then came and fitted a new boiler at a really competitive price and real tidy. Highly recommend, great service and polite knowledgable staff.
