I had the pleasure of dealing with Assett Plumbing this morning. I had a dreaded burst water pipe upstairs in the en-suite at 530am. When I called very early in the morning, I was amazed someone answered the phone and Tom the plumber arrived within the hour. I am extremely grateful for their amazing service. My mother had a leak in the bathroom, a plumber was sent around within the hour, I had then found a second leak in a radiator both fixed quickly. Tidy workman, efficient and pleasant. We had a leaking toilet at work. I contacted Assett Plumbing via the message function on Trust a Trade. Keith called me back within ten minutes of posting my enquiry and he had an engineer with me in less than an hour. The engineer (Tom) was really friendly, considerate and efficient. He did the repair straight away with no issues. I would definitely use Assett Plumbing again for any commercial or domestic job, you couldn't ask for a better service.

I highly recommend Assett Plumbing. Keith did an emergency call out for me within an hour and then managed to install me a new boiler within a day. Turned up on time, really nice guy. Couldn't find the issue with the tap as everything seemed to be working when he came (typical!) but they gave me a discount on the call out charge which I'm really grateful for. Happy to report that the tap seems to be working for now and will continue to monitor it. Would use Assett again! Service:Repair faucet

It was a great service given the short notice on one of the coldest day in Feb 2021. Assett Plumbing came to my rescue through a referral by a friend. This was at the time when my contracted heating and plumbing insurance provider did not have capacity to come to my aid. Asset Plumbing was handy and friendly. I did not have to pay a deposit, price was fair to me.

Keith and his team were absolutely brilliant. Clean and professional through and through. Had a leak in my heating system which was under concrete so needed to repipe the house. Just had Assett Plumbing service my boiler. They did a very thorough professional job. After doing mine they went on to service my mums boiler, on inspection faults were discovered and it was decided to replace the boiler. They came back three days later and fitted the new boiler. A neat job especially on the pipework was done, and care was taken to protect the carpets and house. Will certainly be using them again for my annual service and any other jobs that may be required.
