The engineers from Tailored Heat are superb. They worked flat out, professionally, neatly and accurately, to install a new boiler and clean up my heating system, and charged very reasonably for their expertise. They explained everything they did and showed me how to get the best from the new boiler. My house is now the warmest it's been since I moved here nine years ago. Besides their excellent work I can truly say that they were also kind, patient and considerate, and just really nice people. Thank you Lawrence and Ryan.

Tailored heat have just installed a new boiler in our home. They were incredibly proffesional and helpful throughout the whole process. They moved our installation date forward as our old boiler broke down. They arrived on time, were courteous and respectful throughout and left our house immaculate after the installation. Engineer arrived promptly with a prior phone call to let me know he was on his way. The engineer worked all day to install my new boiler. There was no mess left and he even took the time to point out a couple of defective radiator thermostats which unfortunately he didn't carry. But he told me where to get them. He even helped set up the nest controls for me. A very professional instillation.

Tailored heat came and gave us a quote and after telling them we have been without hot water or heating for nearly two weeks with two children and no other company being able to fit us in within at least 10 days. they came and replaced the boiler within 2 days of the consultation! Price was amazing and the service these guys provided was amazing, professional and they were so nice and genuine! Highly recommend!

Great service being new to Plymouth we checked check a trade as we didn't know any plumbers and Lawrence and his team had great score, so glad we picked them. Fast friendly nothing is to much trouble. They have done full boiler installation, taps, soil pipe, cloakroom, Kitchen refit of gas and water. I would 100% recommend use Tailored Heat
