I have had a fantastic experience with this company. I called very early this morning for an emergency call out, and got through to someone straight away. Their engineer John was with me 2 hours after I called - and he very quickly identified the issue. Not only did he completely fix the problem after only an hour, but John was clear with me about what he was doing the whole visit, he was very easy to talk to, and he was very knowledgeable, which put me at ease. Plus my dog loved him! I can't recommend Glenco enough, thank you for your brilliant work.

Had an emergency repair this morning - jets of water from the fridge pipe! Adam came within the hour and fixed it even quicker. Barely had time to drink his tea! You can really tell when a plumber knows his business, and we are really impressed at his professionalism. I will book them again - hopefully not in such an emergency! Recommended. Cheers Adam.

I can highly recommend this professional Company. On discovering two badly blocked drains on my property who was I going to call, Ghostbusters would not be able to help me! Fortunately Glenco could and the 2 guys who came gave me confidence from the moment they arrived. It was not the easiest of jobs but they set to and carried out the work efficiently and confidently. In what seemed like no time at all the job was done. If I am unfortunate enough to have problems in the future I would not hesitate to phone Glenco.

We had horrendously blocked drains in our new house, the boys gave a fixed price and worked for hours to get it sorted, showing me what they had done along the way. They were polite and friendly and did an amazing job, particularly as it was much worse a job than they had initially thought. Absolutely top service and highly recommended.

Can't fault the quality of the work done or the attitude whilst doing the work. However a poor response when we reported an issue with the fix the same day. Glenco had no interest in coming out to investigate the remaining leak. Offered us full refund immediately instead. Luckily we were able to resolve the issue ourselves with some sealant.

I've been very happy with the service that has been provided by Glenco Plumbing. They were quick to provide a free quote, and work was complete only a few days later. All work was carried out in an extremely professional way, with the final work far exceeding my expectations. After my mum had called another so called emergency plumber at 5 am on a Sunday morning with a burst pipe in the downstairs bathroom that was started to flood other areas of downstairs. I found Glenco plumbing after cancelling the other one and cannot fault any aspects of GLen and the service he provided my mum. Called Glenn and mark when we realised our Dental practice in Oxley Park had a huge leak coming from behind our surgery unit! Glenn answered straight away and him and mark arrived half an hour later! They had a look gave us a quote and were back a few days later (due to it being a big job) to complete it! They were very friendly and very professional and any mess made they cleaned up!

Our toilet was leaking after every flush and was coming down into the kitchen. I messaged Glen on Friday evening and on Monday he turned up on time, we both adhered to the social distancing guidelines, and within half and hour it was fixed! We had to call out Glen on Sunday for a leak beneath our bath that was coming through the ceiling. Glen arrived within an hour and managed to solve the problem for us. The access to get to the leak was not easy but Glen persevered for which we are very grateful. We would totally recommend Glen to anyone in need of a plumber.

Glen came at short notice to deal with a leak from the shower. He came when he said he would, explained what the issue was, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and kept me informed throughout. Called On Saturday morning due to external blocked drain. Someone was with us within an hour and sorted problem for us. Very pleased with the efficient service.

Greg did a marvelous job and rectified some of the problems we have encountered for years. He spent time and patience to make sure we were satisfied. If there were a score of ten, he certainly would deserve it. We will definitely use him again.

We had to call out Glenco as we had what turned out to be a major blockage from our Kitchen sink. Found their advert on the web, and gave them a call. They turned up within 20-30 mins. They managed to clear the blockage quickly having to go at the blockage from 2 different directions. They did a great job, after fixing the problem checked all connection under the sink. They did a great job and in a very professional way. Will use them again if we need a Plumber.

My boiler sprung a leak (at the weekend) and the emergency service was excellent, quick and responsive. The issue was diagnosed and explained clearly and a new boiler sourced and fitted very quickly. Not only was the work very professional but Glen was friendly, cheerful and helpful. He worked through and resolved problems with our old system with ease. We will certainly use Glenco again when we need a plumber.

Glen replaced an old stopcock that had started to leak. Turned up exactly when agreed in the evening. He tried to fix first, but the stopcock was too far gone. An old joint near to the replacement stopcock did weep slightly overnight due to the work done but Glen came around the next evening exactly when requested to resolve this. Reliable, flexible, helpful - recommended.
