Best plumbers merchant in kettering. I wish I had caught the name of the guy who served me today. Because he was the most helpful man to ever work at a plumbing suppliers. He solved a problem that 5 other merchants in kettering couldn't. Save yourself 3 hours driving around looking for parts, and just go here

Made a call, emailed the company asked for a reply. Called again they said they were busy but that's an excuse, only an answer or any communication will do!. Your brand image has been tarnished. As a company I regarded highly long ago obviously isn't run by experienced customer facing people. One team wrong direction!

Our central heating boiler stopped working, so we called Blount and they arrived within a couple of hours. A new part had to be ordered, so we had to wait a day for it. Next day bright and early the engineer arrived and replaced the faulty part and all fixed. The two engineers that visited were fantastic, great guys. A good service especially a couple of days before Christmas. Thank you all.

Blount came to service my 88 year old father's central heating system. during the process their engineer bled the radiators, except for one in the lounge, which he 'showed' the key to but did not bleed properly. My father said "are you sure you've done that properly"? which the engineer dismissed offhand. since that day, the main radiator in the lounge that my dad takes his heat from has not worked!
I called the company up and they wanted to charge a fee for coming out to fix the problem they caused. I asked for management to call me back, but of course they didn't. very dissatisfied with the service - make sure you check all systems they've touched before you settle the bill. DGH
