Awesome! The entire team at Fishbourne & Windsor Plumbing & Heating Ltd were professional and helpful. Jeremy scheduled our appointment and Jack came out to fix our fireplace. Jack was exactly on time for each appointment and meticulously cleaned up afterwards. The fireplace now works again thanks to their strong product knowledge. From the moment I made the enquiry to the end of the job, everyone was so helpful and I am really pleased with the result. My water softener has changed my life in just two days! It was amazing that they got it to fit under my sink and the quality of the pipework is such that I wish it was more visible!

My old boiler broke down and Fishbourne and Windsor were one of the few companies that were able to offer to fit a new combi-boiler heating system within days, not weeks. Jeremy arrived to quote for the works the next day and I received the quotation the same day. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what works were needed to convert my stand alone boiler to a combi-boiler heating system.
Once I had approved the quote the engineers visited the following Monday to begin the works. Joe and Jack did a brilliant job and everything was finished and working by Tuesday. Each day they cleared up after them and were courteous, considerate, friendly and helpful throughout. Fishbourne and Windsor were recommended to me by a friend and I thoroughly recommend them to you for the excellent quality of their work and their great service too.
