Michael provided an excellent service when he dealt with a blocked sewer for us. I was away with work so it was great to have good communications and up to date information on the situation. The service was great value and I was more than happy to have him back to carry out some follow up work.

This is the second time I've used Pipeline Drainage Solutions. I had a blockage in a deep surface water drain. Michael came to the property promptly, was very transparent about pricing and cleared the blockage quickly. Very impressed with the service received and would recommend this company.

Cost - Excellent, no hidden charges. Reliability - Excellent always turns up and accommodates panic situations. Workmanship - Excellent, tests everything and goes over with customer to ensure satisfaction. I've used Michael in the past to clear a blocked sewage pipe that couldn't be unblocked using rods due to possible rock or something in there. Michael showed me the blockage on CCTV, used specialist equipment and cleared the blockage.

Today had him round replacing an old broken clay drain waste, found underground in my driveway, which was exposed when digging foundations for a porch, rain water was leaking from it into my foundations. He carefully exposed the broken pipe by breaking away the concrete enough to replace with a new drain & pipe. Tested no more leaks and flow is fantastic. Thank you mate, my porch project is back on track.

Great service from initially contacting them through to completion, cleared a badly blocked main drain for me in no time.
