Dear Tracey Thanks for the service provision, so nice to know that the Worcester-Bosch boiler has had a service. I provided a he engineer with a parking permit however he did not take long to do the boiler service, about 10-15 mins. There was a leak from the plastic drain connection, so I disconnected the cap and cleaned it and replaced the rubber grommet ring. All is fine now, not even the tiniest of leakage. We booked Gasking for our annual boiler service required by Vaillant as part of their warranty. The engineer was friendly, very helpful. He corrected some errors in the logbook made by our installer for which we are particularly grateful. He also took time to answer all questions, left the place clean and tidy. Will use again! Had Gasking around to my house in Hornchurch to fix my boiler. Jamie the engineer was fantastic and had my boiler repaired within half an hour. He had the boiler part needed already in his van so he didn't need to drive away for another hour to get one which was great. If you need an emergency boiler repair engineer in Hornchurch give these a little go. I think they cover Romford and Rainham as well as Hornchurch. Top fella Jamie.

We had a broken boiler and was without hot water and heating. We are based in Rainham and called out Gasking. They arrived shortly after and carried out the emergency boiler repair straight away without fuss. The gas engineer or plumber (sorry don't know correct name) was very polite and friendly and the boiler was repaired within half an hour. Pleasantly surprised as the cost of the repair was a lot less than I thought it might be. My friend who had a new boiler fitted by Gasking recommended them to me so it seems like they are doing a very good job.

Jamie attempted to repair our boiler, which in the end turned out to be uneconomical. Install of the new boiler was organised and carried out within a couple of days. On each visit I was given a time slot, e-mailed confirmation on the day, from the office, and had a call from the engineer when leaving his previous job. Easy to do but do many others just leave you wondering when or if they will arrive. Adam in the office was organised and helpful. This is a small business on the up
