Heating had gone off at a young ladies house who is in her NINETIES but doesn't like bothering others. I spoke to her in the evening, so didn't phone Oakley till late. (I live over 100 miles away from her, so felt rather helpless but had used Tyrone and Oakley to get a boiler fitted at the property in Drayton ) Although he had finished work and had been out with his family he visited the house as he knew she was elderly, found a new thermostat was needed but ensured there was heating with a promise to return next day.
True to his word as always, Oakley returned, fitted new thermostat, bled all the radiators and endured all was ok. All the while making sure his customer was ok. GREAT GUY, GREAT COMPANY, GREAT WORKMANSHIP Fully trustworthy A definite 10 STARS
