I had a roof repair done and the men were just lovely. Very efficient and did exactly what I asked. Absolutely delighted with the service of William Kennedy. I have used the company before for a burst pipe and, as was the case with the roof repair, found them to be punctual, cheery and competent. Many thanks.

William Kennedy Plumbers Ltd are a very professional company who clearly employ quality trade people to work for them. We have had works undertaken in both our main bathroom and our ensuite - all jobs have been completed in a timely fashion and to a high standard. From start to finish it has been a refreshingly good experience to deal with such a great company. All of the plumbers who came to our home were respectful of our property and I would highly recommend William Kennedy Plumbers Ltd of Ayr.

The engineers are top notch, they provide a great service when here, although none of the fixes have stuck. Receptionist, which we spoke to today at least, was completely impatient, intentionally difficult and off-putting, utterly shady woman. Had my name on the system, claims no engineers came to site since 2015 despite multiple visits at the start of 2020. We moved into this property in 2016. Claimed the line was bad despite clear reception. Company can do better.

Cannot praise this company enough. We are a small business (guest house) so plumbing issues can impact on our business hugely. The team at William Kennedy always do their very best to accommodate us even at short notice and every employee is professional and pleasant to deal with and any job is done to very high standard. Would not recommend. All contact needed instigated by us and although the work they carried out was of a high standard it did not fix the issue of an overflowing central heating system. Asked for quote for new hot tank but took so long that got another company out instead and that fixed the problem. Quote when it finally arrived was nearly 200 more then the other company.
