If you are self-isolating and displaying symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who is, prior to appointments, please ring us on 0208 8755660, to let us know and we will re-arrange the appointment for a date after the isolation ends. I will also be ringing each customer on the day of work to confirm any health symptoms and report on ours. We ask that you open windows to ventilate your home for your own safety and ours and keep internal doors open so we can avoid contact with your door handles in the rooms where works are required.
