I highly recommend Smart plumbing from start to finish. From the gentleman coming to our house, he was not pushy and provided us with a quote and explained what work would be involved. Both Nathan and Charlie were very polite, explained what they needed to do, tidied up afterwards, very professional. Not to forget Millie and Lorna who I spoke and emailed before the work started who sent me all the relevant information that I needed and were always so cheerful. Thank you all again.

Had a leak so called out Smart Plumbing, the plumber arrived within the hour and sorted out the leak, replaced the parts and cleared up the mess in super quick time. Really friendly staff, polite and professional. Will be keeping the number on my favourites in case any friends/family need a great plumber.

Our landlady ordered a replacement boiler to be fitted in our rental cottage by Smart last week. As it's the cold season, they agreed to work overtime on a weekend to fit us in several weeks early, which off the bat was very decent of them! Start to finish, the professionalism the two guys showed was unmatched. They removed the old boiler and put in the new one in 4 hours - I don't have anything to measure that against, except we were told to expect 6 hours, but it definitely felt very quick!

We had expected to need an hour to tidy up after they'd gone, what with dirty water, drilling, etc., especially in a bathroom with white bath and sink, but you honestly wouldn't have known they'd even been here, it was all kept so clean. When everything was done (and we could already feel the central heating working!) we were shown how to operate the new thermostat, and it was a thorough explanation that left us feeling confident about everything.

I couldn't recommend Smart highly enough, they were polite, professional, and great at their job. There's enough to stress about this year, so for your next plumbing job, make the Smart choice (original pun do not steal).

Twice I have used these but never again. Not Smart but Monkeys. Each time they left the job in a worse state than before they arrived! I would totally avoid the risk. There are some good plumbers out there but these are not it! I had to get a non qualified family member to fix the hatchet job they left me with. Sort it out not so Smart plumbing! Edit- Further to your response, RT is my google account name before you claim my feedback is false. I assure you it is not!

Smart plumbing came over last week to fix my boiler and did such a great job. Our hot water hadn't been working which made having a shower fairly difficult. The guys from smart plumbing replaced our boiler and did it in record time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have plumbing work done.

Fantastic firm! Having used Smart Plumbing for 15 years whilst we manage a property portfolio of over 500 properties we have relied on Smart Plumbing on numerous occasions. They do an exceptional job and we will continue to use them as our sole plumber as other contractors have been proven to be unreliable. No service at all for a small but vital job installing water limiting devices to comply with building regulations. Despite repeated phone calls to Mr Smart and promises of return call by Mrs Smart no call came. After more than two weeks of attempts, I finally abandoned all hope. All that glossy internet sales copy is worthless when it comes to delivering by a human being. It seems this firm is only interested in big jobs and big bucks. Avoid them.
