I have known Gary for a number of years and called him out on Friday, 30 April as no hot water. He came out around 4.30pm and thought it might be valve, but asked his apprentice what he thought. He thought thermo switch on cylinder.
Gary told my wife he would price it and let us know, no attempt to fix it. He did show us a temporary workaround which meant having to put central heating on to get hot water. NOT IDEAL.
After a few days I texted him and left message on voicemail, no response. After 6 days I phoned him on number he did not know and he picked up to say "Sorry he could not do the job". WHAT!! So we waited 6 days with no comms from him despite what he said about contacting us, to be told he could not do it. I got another plumber in today who diagnosed fault, obtained part and fitted it in no time. That is a plumber, like chalk and cheese.

Critical:Professionalism Don't like to leave bad reviews but very disappointed in the service received. High call out charge, did not return to rectify fault or inform us would not attend at the agreed time. As a landlord with multiple properties we find it very poor service. Service:Water heater repair
