Here at RCH we can offer a complete service and maintenance package. For peace of mind we can carry out a full system check i.e. check the existing storage / expansion tank, check for signs of leaks from radiator valves, re presurising / venting of radiator systems. We can also carry out water tests to identify correct corrosion inhibitor levels / condition of water.

I phoned up about a problem on Monday and they were able to send someone along Tuesday afternoon. He arrived at 2 mins to 12noon. He had to replace to float valves, he went out and got 2 and all fitted and completed within 45mins and cost was very reasonable too. We have used RCH many times before and always very good, always use them and always recommend to other people too if they need a plumber. A nice polite young man.

Critical:Professionalism, Punctuality Engineer did not turn up for appointment. They did not phone to say they were not going to arrive and lady who i spoke to about this issue was very rude and blamed me saying I was not in when the engineer arrived. very poor customer service and definitely keep clear of this company.

Very poor customer service, took the whole day off work for them to come over and did not turn up or even call to let me know of such. Women on the phone was very rude towards me inciting that I was a liar and that the engineer had been and phoned both of which were not true. Beware do not recommend at all!

At the beginning of the year we had column radiators fitted, we used a company that had come highly recommended. Unfortunately, they did an appalling job and every one of them was not straight. In fact they were so bad we did not want the original company to come back as they were very obviously poor workmen. Along came James and Michael from RCH, and they did a brilliant job! James was so meticulous about getting them right.
The boys were polite and tidy, they even cleaned up their cups! James is a proper skilled workman and I am delighted with the job. I simply cannot recommend enough. It wasn't cheap, but what you get is quality, old fashioned workmanship. Great company, will definitely use again.

Polite & positive. RCH Heating did a first class job from start to finish. I needed a new boiler and advice given was first class-all my questions were answered fully and impartially. Then the fitter arrived promptly, worked solidly and considerately. He explained everything clearly and cleaned up when finished.

I have used RCH for a number of years and have always found them to be professional, reliable and extremely approachable. Yet another excellent installation of a new boiler in one of my properties. Tennant with no heating or hot water and a new boiler installed within a week. Would highly recommend.

We recently had RCH to do two major jobs, firstly to install a new heating system with boiler and radiators throughout and then a complete new bathroom with tiling WC, Basin & shower/bath. Both were fitted exactly as we wanted them with both Steve on the heating and Darren with the Bathroom doing a superb job. Both jobs were managed and carried out cleanly and on time. We would not hesitate to recommend RCH for any heating or plumbing work. A professional and efficient company with excellent workers.

Charged me a fortune - used inferior pars and didn't rectify the problem, turns out the issue was a thermistor which costs only a few pounds after they changed my pump and did a power flush. Spend nearly a grand and all along it was a 20 part. Hence I will never use again, by the way it wasn't them who eventually diagnosed the fault it was a local one man band. From beginning to end of having a shower room, toilet room, new boiler and radiators fitted (plus another bathroom 3 years ago) I could not have asked for more. Such attention to detail is exemplary. All the lads have been extremely tidy and polite taking care to explain everything they do and ensuring that I know they are only a phone call away if further help is needed.
