First time I had used this company, I was really impressed by them. Having an issue with my PCB board for over a year, and despite other companies not sending any experienced workman, this was the first time I actually got a company that sent amazing engineers who diagnosed and replaced the PCB board straightaway. There was no fuss, they went over and above to make sure they fixed this with urgency, and also fixed a couple of broken levers which I was not even aware of, without any problems.

They also explained the issues and fixes in layman's term, so that I really understood the problems, and also what I needed to do in future to keep the temperature in check. Honestly I would highly recommend this company as the engineers are really professional and work with empathy 10/10. Having been disappointed with workman from this field this was the first time I can say I felt I could put my trust in such a professional company. You won't be disappointed.

I rarely write any review I think it due to the fact that I'm very lazy or the company hasn't wowed me that much But Avon ruby has by far been one of the best companies I've ever seen I don't even know where to to start. I had a leak back in September and my insurance company has Refered them to me I was a bit Hesitant as I've had loads of builders in the past and let's be honest builders are not very trustworthy or In my case haven always done a good where it's left me happy.

But this company has by far exceeded my expectations, not only are they easy to get a hold of and very understanding and take their time to explain the process to you they are very friendly and over over and beyond to get the work done The job only has about a week to go but I still can't stop smiling with what they have done so far. I've already told all my friends and family about them and will definitely be using them again and again Thank you to Paula and all at Avon ruby I will be doing a updated one once the work has completed but it will most definitely be the same review. UPDATE ********* As from my last review Avon and ruby completed the work and i was blown away the workman ship was second to none they left my house clean and tidy and even gave me follow up calls to see if i was happy and if there any else they could do, I've gone on to use to again for other parts of my house and im excited about these projects i can not recommended them enough : best building company around best customer services I've ever received

Avoid at all costs or it will cost you dearly. Bunch of cowboys Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Clueless as to how to solve a leak that started from a house roof, fixed a bay roof instead when it was clear the leak was coming from the window or main roof. They believed fixing the roof below would fix the leak, lacking any knowledge of gravity then correctly. Took advantage of my vulnerable and very ill mother.

Please do not use them. Thought sticking their head out of a window was a sufficient way to fix a leak and didn't even check the main roof or attic to see where the leak was actually coming from. Very negligent. Avoid.

We wanted a new kitchen and couldn't decide what company to go with, a friend recommended Avon Ruby and i have to say they're one of the most professional building outfits I've had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a job done at a good price and to a high quality!

I contacted Avon Ruby to service my bosch worcester boiler. They sent their engineer Maurice to do the job two days later. The service was excellent, I am sure my boiler is working better than it ever had done before. U will definitely use them again. Christopher Mahoney. Uxbridge area.

AVON RUBY HAVE JUST COMPLETED WORKS ON MY W1 PENTHOUSE FLAT, I FOUND THEM RECOMMENDED ON CHECKER TRADER, SO I DECIDED TO VIST THERE OFFICES IN GREENFORD, WHICH IS VERY ORGANISED AND WELL PRESENTED, WHICH GAVE ME CONFIDENCE TO PROCEED WITH THE WORKS. ITS ALL FINISHED NOW REALLY HAPPY!SPECIAL THANKS TO STEVEN WHO GAVE ME REALLY GOOD ADVICE.

I have recently used Avon Ruby for renewing my kitchen and installing a new bathroom downstairs. I thought I should write this review as I was extremely happy with their service having used other builders before. From start to finish, they were professional, very good communication from their office, finished the job on time and corrected all the little things I was not happy with. I would especially like to thank Steve the owner of the business for all the help and advice he gave. I would definitely recommend Avon Ruby.

I normally do not write reviews on companies except for extreme circumstances. This is one of them as I am Extremely happy with the quality of service, I received from both the Engineers and the office staff whom were helpful form the start to the completion of the job with Avon Ruby. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work done by skilled professionals.

If I could give minus stars I would. This company were brought in by my insurance company. They did not rectify the problems, in fact when we opened up the flooring again we found their lunch and litter waste, around 100kg of rubble they were meant to have disposed of they charged for it, and the original problem never went away. Four years on, we are still trying to resolve all the damage these guys did.

They will not take responsibility, in fact they won't even answer the calls to our insurance company. The rottweiler that answers the phone is a nightmare. She's very rude and unhelpful. Please please do not suffer the way we have had to. Simple building work is fine, but do not use them for anything that requires specialist attention.
