Paid for annual boiler cover. Been trying to contact for over 2 weeks and not been able to contact anyone. Either terrible contactability or a scam

Do not take out the boiler cover with this company! We've been paying monthly for breakdown cover with 24 hour call out and it was a pure waste of money. The boiler started leaking and it took Nick 3 weeks to attend. When he did arrive he said he needed to order a part, we havent seen him since; leaving us with water leaking onto the floor boards. Nick has failed to answer calls, messages and emails and we have therefore had to pay another company to fix the problem. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Don't take out any cover with this guy, you pay, he cannot be contacted, refuses to reply to messages and doesn't carry out the annual service. Total waste of money
