Supply Pipe Repairs Report

Generally, the part of the service pipe taking water from the Water Authority stopcock in the Highway into the house belongs to the property owner. It is the property owner's responsibility to keep the supply pipe in good order in the same way as the internal plumbing in a house. Modern houses have an independent water supply into the property however older properties may have a shared supply pipe for more than one house where the responsibility is then shared.With age, ground movement and reaction to certain soil types the existing pipework may leak under pressure.

Can't thank these guys enough. After finding out we had a water leak and our plumber recommending this company we made the call. Marc came out within a few hours, the guys were here the next day to expose the problem. Unfortunately didn't go exactly to plan as our leak was found to be under the house. They were back again within two days but this time their work was inside so was dreading the mess. Why did I worry, the guys were great, leak fixed. Would recommend this company to anyone in trouble. Thank you.

Still have not resolved my issue and keep ignoring me. Every time I call they just make as if they don't know. Then 10 minutes later they find the info and say they are looking into it. I might have to contact the higher powers or make a claims in court as they damaged my property

We had a leak and this was the company that was sent (Uttlesford council) the guys arrived and soon had the path dug up and cracked on with finding the leak, the 2 guys were great, funny but really helpful, the leak was found and repaired and then the hole was back filled, just need the concrete to finish off a really good job, I totally recommend them, thank you so much for your help Chris and Jay

Never used the company, but the driver of one of their vans just crashed into my car while I was stationary, looked out the window and said "what! Wa##er!" And then drove off. If that's how the staff behave when out on the road I certainly wouldn't have them in my home. Disgraceful

Would recommend them - Friendly and efficient and knowledgeable. The company wasn't even on a job for us, but were able to help us in a crisis. The poor man who helped us got his socks and his trousers absolutely soaking wet, and asked for nothing in return. 5 Stars for being helpful and 5 stars for knowing exactly what to do (when our plumber didn't!)
