If your boiler is over 10 years old it could be costing you quite a lot of money to keep it running as older boilers tend to waste a lot of energy and can be more harmful to the environment. Research shows that older boilers convert as little as 60% of the fuel that they use, making for a very inefficient way to heat a home and produce hot water.

A tradesman friend recommended these guys and I really trust his judgement, so maybe I was unlucky, but I phoned to confirm exactly the part I needed and was assured it was in stock, no problem etc. When my wife went to collect the part it wasn't actually in-stock & two alternatives were offered. Great, but neither fit and a plumbers merchant would normally know Ideal Standard toilets need a close couple with a specific seal/doughnut.
They did say we were welcome to return the parts (fair enough) but I'd rather they'd just been honest by telling me they didn't have the part. The store owner questions where I found the time to write a review, well, it's 2mins. It took much longer to drive to your store and I'd ask that you do check stock before telling customers to come in.

All Plumbers, please beware of this shop. As they charge well Over top, make sure u ask price first, I sent my helper to get 2'3m lengths pipe &1 tub of large powerflux, they charged him 28, when it should of been 22 max. Plus they gave him no receipt, I compared 4 shops I didn't bother going back to shop because of journey it would take, plus no receipt, do not buy from there, incase if u are unfortunate to end up there ask price first, otherwise they will charge what they like,
