I have found Arjan online about 6 months ago as I moved home. I've used him 4 times since I moved to fix different issues. What I like about him is that he has over 20 years of experience and will not leave your home until he finds and sorts the problem. He's been to my home at 11 of the night at Christmas when I had the water cylinder leaking, he fixed it in no time.

Yesterday was Good Friday, but he came after my call and resuscitated the heating system which wasn't working for hot water. I'm very grateful for Arjan's great work and happy to recommend him to anyone. Thank you. Valentina

I had a shower problem which saw the lever which controlled on/off and water flow shear off. Within 24 hours of contactingArjan via his website he arranged to call. He was able to make a repair to the problem with 30 minutes. Seemed very knowledgeable and I was happy with his work. In future he will be my first port of call Service:Shower repair

Absolute top class service from Arjan this afternoon. I had an issue with our Logic 30 Combi Boiler. I wouldn't fire at all, leaving us with no hot water or heating, right at the temperature dropped! Arjan came round with no hesitation, and very quickly root caused the issue for us. We now have hot water and heating! On top of that he was a very nice bloke, who wasn't pushy and I felt he went the extra mile for us. I would 100% recommend him to anyone going forward

Had issue with toilet where both handle and flush valve needed replacing. Very old and hard to remove cistern that I could tell was hard work and took longer than planned, however Arjan stuck to his quote, even though needed an extra small part. Also helped clear poorly draining sink he spotted that I hadn't even asked about and gave good advice re boiler and we're arranging for him to return to service it. Very swift to respond and came as planned day after I called. Seems very professional and helpful and will surely call upon him again. Many Thanks!

Had a leaky toilet and needed a plumber ASAP. Called to see when we could get him booked in and he came round within a couple of hours to look at the job and give us a quote. Was then able to come back in a couple of days to be do the job. Very polite, professional and reasonable. Would recommend and have back to do out bathroom! Thank you for the great service!

We called Arjan on a Sunday to finish off a toilet ball valve repair that I was really struggling with and he was brilliant. He came in 30 minutes, was very polite about my work so far and then fixed it right away with parts he already had. We then had him back to do all the other "little jobs" I had lined up for myself and he did the following in around 4 hours: replaced kitchen mixer tap and both seized isolators, installed full under sink 1.5 bowl waste, drilled through and fitted an external tap with isolator off a spur from the washing machine, refitted a poorly fitted radiator and replaced the ball valve in the water tank. That lot would have taken me a few days and he's very reasonable on prices too. Love Arjan, he's a top chap and a top plumber.
