Since commencement of trading where the principal activity was domestic housing, we have steadily expanded our scope of work to include new housing, housing refurbishments, commercial and light industrial work. M. Rogerson Limited has steadily grown over the years and now has the capacity to undertake major developments as well as keeping the smaller domestic customers happy.

This company completed an installation of a Mitsubishi EcoDan electric boiler as part of a new build property. I later bought the property and used them for a first year service. Unfortunately there was a fault following on from the service and they re attended to rectify the fault caused when the boiler was serviced. Since then I received 2 separate invoices claiming payment due despite the fault being as a result of parts not being reattached correctly.
I since phoned the company for advice and to book in a 2nd year service to be told no one was available to assist and they wouldn't be able to look at servicing until next year, citing 2 unpaid invoices the reason. I am very disappointed with the conduct and unprofessional service provided, especially considering I also recommended their services to neighbors previously. I will not be using this company again.

Very unprofessional service. I arranged an appointment in my house to request a budget but plumber did not turn up. I had to call to the office one hour later and they told me they could not come for the whole week. They did not bother to contact me and they even did not apologise. I think this is an unacceptable behaviour. I don't understand how people can have businesses with that attitude.
