Had Pentland Plumbing for the first time for a Boiler repair. The engineer came the same day was very polite and knew his Job. He fitted the part and waited for about 15 minutes just to make sure there were no leaks before he left. After he finished he cleaned up and left everything tidy. Had the bill which was very competitive. Will certainly use them again.

Well what can I say? 'Absolutely Brilliant ' might cover it. Our boiler broke down on Saturday morning so we were without heat and hot water. Late on Sunday I left a message on Pentland Plumbing's website. Just after 7am on the Monday (today) I received a reply asking if we were up and could someone call straight away as he had the required sensor on the van.
Sure enough Keith was with us at 7-20 and was very efficient and the boiler was fixed in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Pentland Plumbing. We are now booking our annual boiler service with them.

I needed my boiler servicing so I contacted Kerrie who was very accommodating and quickly organised an appointment at a time to suit me. On the day, Kerrie kept me informed of the arrival time of the engineer as he was running a bit late. Callum arrived and was polite and friendly. He serviced our boiler and cleaned up afterwards. He also moved our thermostat which was in a difficult to reach area. When he had completed the job, he informed me of everything he had done. All in all a great experience, I will definitely be using Pentland Plumbing again.

After being without heating and hot water for just over 2 weeks and being let down by someone Pentland Plumbing stepped. From calling them and an engineer visiting our home the installation of our boiler was completed within one day by a set of engineers who were all very efficient, polite and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home, we couldn't fault them at all. This company comes very highly recommended.

We moved into a new property with my dad. Pentland plumbing upgraded the boiler, radiators and fitted a new bathroom. My dad is 88 and was around while the works were completed. He told me the staff were polite, efficient, helpful and very hard working. To say we are delighted would be an understatement. They even fitted an extra rad in my dads lounge as he feels the cold.
I can't not recommend them more highly and wouldn't use anyone else even if I had to wait to do so. If you want a company you can trust, who are reliable and trustworthy Pentland has your plumbing and heating sorted! They even helped design the bathroom.

Can't recommend Pentland Plumbing highly enough. Start to finish, communication is excellent, workmanship really high standards and to top it all the most polite, friendly and considerate team. Over the last few months, I have needed a few plumbing jobs; an external filter, a tap with water filter installation and a shower cubicle. Pentland Plumbing Services have been professional from start to end each time. Ally is a fantastic plumber (every job has been top-notch), and Kerrie in the office has been brilliant. Although only a small job required, I was impressed how efficient, polite, courteous Tom was when carrying out the work. If only more company’s realised that if you give the same care and attention to the small jobs, they will guarantee the repeat customers. Wanted a local company to add a couple of thermostatic radiator valves to radiators in the house which would all mean draining and refilling the system too. Not the biggest of jobs, I'm sure, but Pentland was the only local company to quote and come back to me the same day with a very competitive price - 4 weeks on I am still waiting to hear, despite chasing, from other local traders! Pentland was able to fit in around my work schedule, were on time, quick and clean with the work in our house and the final pricing was the same as the original quote, all of which filled me with confidence in the work they had done. Would highly recommend them to others and will be calling them first for plumbing work in the future.

Quick response when I enquired about a service slot for our oil boiler, arranged a convenient time a few days later and the engineer, Tom, impressed us with the quality of his work and his engaging personality. No problems were found but he talked us through what he was doing for the annual service and then emailed a comprehensive report and evaluation of the system. I can recommend Pentland Plumbing without hesitation, they were excellent from start to finish.

Can't thank Pentland Plumbing enough, what an excellent team. My boiler wasn't working properly so an engineer was sent out to do a service and fix the issue I had. Just wanted to pass on our compliments to Jude. As planned Jude has been onsite for a couple of weeks, carrying out our annual servicing. We have had many compliments coming into the office of how "kind, polite and helpful" young Jude was as well as stating what a thorough service was carried out. It has been a strange year for our residents, with changes and covid to contend with, however I am really pleased with how smoothly our new contractors have been accepted.
