Established in 1985, we've grown from being a family business serving homes and commercial customers, into a team of 120 directly employed engineers, supported by a substantial back office operation of 50+ people. At DPP we care about every aspect of our service - completing jobs on time to the highest standard, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining health and safety standards, effective cost management and clear communication. We're a mechanical and electrical contractor you can trust. We're experienced project managers of installation and refurbishment projects, able to meet the specific needs of your site and brand. We have established procedures for every task we're involved in to protect the health and safety of your employees and our engineers.
We operate a dedicated team of engineers for planned maintenance contracts because we understand the importance of preventative work and regulatory compliance. We're currently achieving 99% compliance for our customers. Maintenance and compliance work require specialist training. We ensure our engineers' knowledge is fully maintained with regular refresher courses as well as high priority training when new statutory requirements come in.
We're committed to solving problems for our clients and our response times are one of our greatest achievements. Having the right attitude and achieving strong performance has helped us keep reactive maintenance contracts for many years. We've recently invested in DPP JobWatch - bespoke mobile engineer technology - to make sure our communication and service continue to be the best in the industry.

Critical:Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value If I could give this incompetent shower a 0 score, I would. Six visits by 5 different people to a simple oil-fired boiler fault. A freezing cold pub for two weeks, thanks to them.

Shocking drivers! Practically forced our car off the road in a merge in turn roadworks. Then proceeded to race next to us and tried to do it again at the next merging. Then sat right on our bumper revving and flashing lights at us. All this with two small kids in our car, they were terrified! WELL DONE!
