We have used Minster Plumbing for over 10 years and we couldn't recommend them more highly. They work really hard to diagnose the problem and never suggest the most expensive repair option. They installed a security alarm in my new build house 8 years ago. When the system developed a fault I contacted them for advice and to arrange a call out for repair. I had to email them with all my details which they would forward to their electrical dept, which I did. That was a week ago and I've heard nothing from them. In the meantime I ordered a new battery, fitted it and solved the problem. So I actually saved approx 50-60!

Gareth at Minster plumbing did an excellent job replacing our bathroom. His attention to detail was immaculate. He wouldn't let anything pass his expert eye if it wasn't perfect. We found all sorts of problems behind the shower and I'm so grateful Gareth had the skills to replace joists, timber framing, walls. The lot. We didn't need to call in other tradesmen. The whole team looked after us from start to finish with courtesy and consideration. A pleasure to work with them. 5 stars well deserved

Terrible pre-sales service - Turned up over an hour late for site meeting to discuss requirements, and was advised quotes (2 jobs) would be out within a week. Chased after 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months. Got a quote for only one job which was extortionate. Chased 2nd quote again and had excuses and promise of being called back - no call back came. I wish I could rate their service, but since they never quoted, I only have my experience, hopefully their plumbing work is not as shabby as pre-sales

I have recently had some works carried out on a new build property and can honestly say that the guys at Minster Plumbing were amazing. They made everything so easy. The customer care team were great, open and honest with lots of positive information where needed. The plumber who attended was fabulous. He even did an few little extra bits while he was there and was a lovely chap. I knew exactly where I was every step of the way and would like to THANK the whole of the Minster Plumbing team.

What a shame DWH used these guys because their work is not what I would accept if I was employing a plumber privately. Lots of different plumbers whom perhaps have different standards and, because they are employed, don't have the high standard we would hope for. The result is disappointment, frustration and call outs which require time off work to stay in. And then they don't turn up to fix. expect and hope for.
