Work involved replacing 3 radiators and fixing some tap problems. Maybe not too complex, but Marc was very easy to work with, he took time to understand my requirements when he visited to quote, it was easy to arrange appointments, and pricing seemed fair. Final bill, after two-stage schedule of work, was exactly as expected. Also, good to see a local smaller business training a young apprentice, who worked alongside Marc on both visits and seemed motivated, capable and confident. No complaints.

Marc was so helpful from the start and even when he came to see me about replacing my very old boiler, he gave me some advice and solved some other little problems whilst he was there! Everything was explained fully and he organised everything so easily. The installation is neat and tidy and done with a lot of care. I am looking to have more work done on the bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to use Marc and Aqua again.

We've used Marc and Aqau for two jobs on our home now. The en-suite in the master bedroom in 2020 and the conversion of a box room into a bathroom in 2021. What first struck me about Marc (aside from the fact he's always smiling) is his attention to detail! He obviously has a passion for what he does, and it really comes across in the design and implementation of his work.

He always ensures that pipework is either hidden or presented in a minimal, tasteful way. He pays great attention to ensuring symmetry of fittings and he'll offer the right balance of helping you achieve what you want whilst ensuring that what you want is practical and long lasting. Never feel that you can't ask Mark silly questions, he's always happy to offer advise from his wealth of experience and is a genuinely personable and friendly guy. I've never had any cause to regret using Marc and Maria and I would and have happily recommended them to others. Great work Aqua. Thank you!

Marc has been our plumber of choice for nearly 10 years. Over this time he has installed 4 bathrooms, replaced 2 boilers, moved radiators and done numerous smaller plumbing jobs for us. He is trustworthy and reliable and he always completes the job to our satisfaction. We find him friendly and knowledgable and he gives impartial advice so we are able make informed decisions. Marc is a fantastic plumber. He has done a lot of work for me. He's technically excellent and has fixed a lot of poor work by others. He replumbed my house and fit a number of bathrooms. He has great design ideas and his work is top notch. He's always been available whenever I've had a problem. I am very particular and he has never let me down. I can't recommend him highly enough.

We had Marc complete a bathroom fit at our home in Harrogate. Couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the price. He turned two small rooms into one large space with underfloor heating, bath, shower, loo, tiling, plastering and wood paneling. Really pleased, he orchestrated the lot, would absolutely recommend. Marc has helped us with a number of projects over the last 12 years including two bathroom refits and the installation of a replacement boiler and heating system. He has also responded quickly whenever we have had plumbing issues that needed attention. His work is always of a high standard. He is reliable, friendly and has a positive 'can do' approach - nothing is a problem!

We are delighted with the en suite bathroom he has just replaced for us. He has transformed a small room that I had come to detest into a haven I love using. He project managed the job, arranging for similarly professional tradespeople to carry out the necessary tiling, plastering and electrical work in sequence with the plumbing and installation work that Marc carried out. Marc did a fantastic job on our loft bathroom, and new boiler installation. His work is spot on, the end result is superb. His attention to detail is what sets him apart. Marc is always charming but a chronic liar and cowboy. The work he did to my property was so poor that I had to get another contractor to redo much of the work. His team are messy and did not treat my house with respect flushing tile cement down the drains which has caused major costly blockages. Marc will suddenly disappear as soon as payment is made with no after care whatsoever. Avoid and perhaps look at the other one star reviews rather than the likely made up 5 star reviews. Be warned!

Marc was employed to install two bathrooms. Neither completed and neither satisfactory. Interestingly, totally agree with the previous review, he comes across as extremely professional upon his first meeting. We now have two legal cases lodged against him. Would not recommend at all. Also, agree with the comments about reviews as one is written by his partner!

Aqua carry out my heating maintenance each year and do a great job quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Recently they also came out at the weekend, with no notice and in appalling weather, to investigate and fix a leak on the heating system and ensure I had heat and hot water.
