I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon Turner for work in the home. I have used them twice for fireplaces, boilers and radiators. Recently they installed a new gas boiler in my loft which was a brilliant solution to a tricky issue of placement in my very small house. The team was so efficient, pleasant and competent including electrics, I now have wired in lighting in the loft, roofing where the new flue came through the slates, and clearing up very thoroughly. All my carpets were protected. Nothing was too much trouble and I was almost sorry to say goodbye! Thank you Simon and Mal who lead the team.

A Huge 'Thank You' to Simon Turner & Team who went over and above, throughout the whole process of choosing & fitting a shower room in my elderly mums house. Finding out her boiler was a possible risk along the way, then getting the works done alongside her shower room, was a massive relief. Your team were caring, kind and respectful towards mum and her home throughout. Rubbish and old appliances moved by end of each shift.

The finished works were of a high standard. Mum is thrilled with her new shower room, and also her New Electric fire which has replaced her old gas appliance. Your Family Values are second to none! Simon Turner and his team have just done a total refit of our bathroom. It looks incredibly beautiful and meets all our needs now and for the future. We were consulted at every step of the installation to ensure we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble; everyone was so cheerful and friendly. Brian and Ben did a great job and everything was protected and left clean and tidy each day and it was all finished on time.

The lovely Martha helped us choose the right units, wall and floor coverings and other accessories. Simon popped in regularly to check the work was going according to plan and to make sure we were happy with everything. All round good experience. Quickly fitted our log burner, workmen very punctual, friendly and tidy and at a reasonable price. Sales staff lovely too.

We recently moved and the existing heating system was very dated. Simon Turner replaced the old boiler with a Worcester Bosch one and installed new radiators throughout. Very professional workforce, nothing too much trouble for them. Highly recommend this company. We will also use this company for a new bathroom, which again is very dated.

We were really pleased with the transformation to our en suite by SImon and his team. Before and after photos attached! We had a minor issue months after the install which could not have been anticipated but SImon arranged for the problem to be fixed immediately, free of charge. Thanks very much. I had a fabulous experience at Simon Turners. I would recommend him and his team to anyone. I do not give top marks easily, but have no hesitation in awarding 5 Stars. They gave me a fantastic bathroom. The whole experience was very smooth and professional.

Have had a bathroom, shower room, downstairs cloakroom, boiler, log burner and radiators fitted by Simon Turner Showrooms. All work carried out to a very high standard. The guys all worked very hard and cleaned up any mess that was made. Simon recently recommended some new radiators to replace the ones we had in our kitchen which weren’t giving out enough warmth. Since having them fitted our kitchen is now so much warmer and they look fab... Would highly recommend Simon and his team to carry out any work

After trying to get a quote for a new boiler from several so-called Worcester Bosch accredited installers (and failing to get either a response or a sensible price) Simon Turner was a revelation. Time from contacting him to his site visit: 3 days. Time from visit to quote: 2 days. Time from accepting quote to job starting: 2 weeks. Time to finish job: a day and a half. Mal and Matt, his two plumber/fitters, were friendly, efficient, helpful and tidy.

The whole experience was perfect from start to finish, and the price really good value for money. Communication was perfect. I cannot recommend Simon and his team highly enough. Thank you so much.
